7:30 on BTN
Ohio State is 3-0 All-Time vs Rutgers 2014 - 56-17 - 39 point win 2015 - 49-7 - 42 point win 2016 - 58-0 - 58 point win
Vegas has OSU as a 29 point favorite vs Rutgers. We are talking about a (1-3) Rutgers. I'll take OSU (52-10). The only good thing I can say about Rutgers is by stealing a Chris Farley skit from SNL, "Remember that one time when Rutgers was good with Greg Schiano? That was cool."

Not helping their cause, Rutgers just lost their best CB for the season.

Rutgers is a JV Squad. And their band is NOT ready for primetime.
