What is everyone hearing out of the FC? To me, it looks like a year where the FC champ will have multiple losses. There doesn't look to be one dominant team in the league?

I know St. Paul will be tall again this year. It looks like their shortest starter will be 6-1.

St Paul lost a lot to graduation, I believe they had 7 or 8 seniors last year?
And Western losing Puder and Griffith will be big shoes to fill and I know one player transferred to Norwalk.

Heard last year that the Winslow boys were going to go to Upper. Apparently that did not happen. St. Paul should have a very nice team. With the height of the three seniors and Junior and the skill level of the Winslow boys. Should make it back to the District semi-finals.

Word on the street is that the only reason the Winslow twins might start is because their dad threatened to take them to Upper (where he coaches) if they didn’t.

I doubt that is true, but I saw SP play at the Norwalk Shoot-out this summer and the Winslow’s were the best players on SP

I talked to the Winslow twins Mother during BB season last year, when there was a lot of talk about where they would go to school as freshman, she said she wants them to stay at St.Paul and that's where they are.

Heard Western Scrimmaged Upper and Vinton County. Any word on how that went? Any word on other scrimmages? Was told Western was competitive at the scrimmage winning one of its quarters against Vinton but lost all of it's quarters against Upper.

Losing those 10 Srs. might actually be a good thing for M'ville considering their last 3 seasons, but it won't likely materialize this year.

Crestline NL @ Edison NL vs. Wellington Plymouth @ Buckeye Plymouth vs. Seneca East SC vs St Pete SC vs. Buckeye Western @ Margaretta Western @ Firelands What are the thoughts on these games this week? SC vs St Pete is a rematch of the district semis last year and could be a possible matchup in the tournament later on. NL Edison should show what NL will look like this season after losing some very key pieces. Western has a big weekend

Thinking out of the 11 games played this weekend and no conf matchups the league will probably get 5-6 wins.

Western Lost to a good margaretta team and smoked firelands. Little suprised by NL but they have some growing to do.

Was hopeful @ SMCC as I saw M'ville open up the season in 1Q. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. They were blown away by Open Door Christian in Elyria. This might be Mielcarek's last year, barring only a miracle; the only thing that remains to be seen is if he'll be shown the door, or walk out on his own.

After beating Monroeville 71-23 on Friday, the Flyers turn around and beat Crestview 77-32. Flyers seem to be pretty explosive so far, granted its against Monroeville and Crestview is a little down. Beating teams by almost 50 back to back nights is pretty impressive. It will be interesting to see how they do in their out of conference games this week at Huron on Friday and Home against Edison on Saturday.

So records as of today are
Crestview 1-3 (1-2)
Mapleton 0-5 (0-3)
Mville 1-5 (0-3)
NL 2-3 (2-1)
St Paul 2-0 (2-0)
Plymouth 2-2 (1-1)
South Central 3-2 (2-1)
Western Reserve 4-2 (3-0)
St Paul looks good in first two games but this week will really tell where they are. NL has won 2 in a row after starting 0-3 and beat SC which was a bit of a shock SC not sure what happened against NL but rest of the season has looked good Western also has looked good and is the FC leader as of now (record wise)
