Rogers 60 Bellevue 45 final
Congrats on an excellent season Lady Red!
School Record 25 wins Regional Runner-up District Champs 8th Straight Conference Title
And also a belated congrats to Casey Santoro on reaching the 1000 point mark, which she did in the District Final. So that makes two Santoro girls who have achieved that feat while still sophomores, as Carly did the same thing (and hers was still in the regular season.) Not sure where Cory currently stands, as she could have a chance at joining that club next year.

Two teams that beat Bellevue playing in state semi finals Minster and Rogers. No doubt in my mind that Coach Santoro will challenge these girls and put them in situations to get better for next year. It was a fun ride.

It was a fun ride. There's also no doubt there's only so far a local team can usually go until you run into some form of recruiting machine, and lights out. Sucks like the OHSAA.

I wonder how many of the girls on the Rogers team actually live in the Rogers district. How many grew up in that district. The private schools aren't the only ones that recruit. And that's a fact!

Rogers was included in my comment, I didn’t single out privates in this case. Rogers is a recruit machine as well as some of its infamous private school counterparts.

Whoever the clock operator is a the Schottenstein Center, needs to be fired immediately. In every high school girls tournament game so far, The officials had to stop the game to add more time to the clock, the clock operator has a problem with stopping it on time, correctly. I can't believe the OHSAA is that stupid, That they can't see the trend with this clock operator. How hard can it be to push a button ?

Until you try it don't knock it.. first off..sometimes the official doesn't help the situation. its not as easy as you think... because a GOOD time operator does not watch the ball on out of bounds or in bounds he is depending on the official .. if they don't chop to start. or whistle instantly to stop. that clock will run all day..

Rogers cb number for enrollment is 19 vs New Philadelphia cb number is 13 Africentric cb number for enrollment is 20 vs Ottawa Glandorf cb number is 0 Ontario's cb number is 23. It's not the actual number that's significant it's the quality of those making up the numbers. A cb number of 6 could be enough for a team to win a State Title. If the 3 players are all 1st Team All-Ohio caliber players who are all Seniors.

cb numbers count against a team if the player comes to the school system one day after the start of the 7th grade.

Only one of them is a private school. It looks like the tide is starting to turn in favor of the public schools.
