Browns made a nice trade to pick up some more picks. Now if only they can use them smartly for a change.

Loved the trade, Browns didn't love the top 2 QB's which is refreshing for once. Have to get these picks right though, until then we cannot really judge this trade.
I've heard about another possible trade down to 15 with the Dolphins because of their love for Zeke. I may be a bit mad if we try and get cute and trade down to 15. Browns flat out need to get BPA at #8.

if we can get Ramsey at 8 i'll do cartwheels down Lane Ave Same although I badly want Zeke....It does help that he was a Buckeye but the Browns need to have a talent like this on their Roster. Someone who actually stays out of trouble. I keep hearing rumors of trading down into the 20's and drafting Connor Cook. If that scenario plays out I am down with all things Browns and will probably cheer for the Cowboys honestly.

Love Zeke, but at 8 --we don't need him that badly. Michael Thomas at middle early 2nd would be nice. Unless the coaches feel Zeke can transform the team with his talent at RB. We need WR's-- imo worse. A good RT. A good LB A good DB

Pick a lock. Zeke is a lock. Joe Thomas was a lock.

Seems the Browns are mulling 2 Buckeyes at 8.
Zeke & Bosa.
Fun starts with Chargers at 3, what will they do?

what a stupid draft

Browns dominated this draft so far and NFL Experts are not even taking notice. We got the best WR on the board, loaded up on more picks and by 2017 we could have 2 full drafts worth of picks.
How, if you are a Browns fan, can you not love this right now?

Experts generally happy w the Browns first round.
This will always be known as the Tunsil draft.
Not sure what I want in round 2?

In round 2 im actually willing to go out on a limb and look at Myles JAck. I really don't want a QB from this draft unless its Cardale or Hackenberg late. If we want to build an offense then at 32 take Derrick Henry or Michael Thomas.

Browns are setting themselves up nicely. This is a different group of execs, and thus far are making very shrewd moves to rebuild after previous regimes utter failures. SO far so good imo.

Make that 10 OSU picks in the first 3 rounds
and the Browns take a QB from USC

Did the Browns pick a safety from Baylor? Well, at least he'll be in good shape, having run down all the WRs that scored against them.

I really liked that DE from Penn St Nassib. The guy is 6'7" and quick off the edge. He was a pain in the neck for OSU I remember. Won the Lombardi award for the Top Lineman. I like the selections . Sound players who work hard, and get after it. Aside from the QB, I think they all start next fall at some point. Speaking of the QB pick, very impressive stats and highlights. I had not really heard of him or watched him before,,he is accurate and throws a nice football. Might end of being a steal as QB's go in this draft.
OSU draft ridiculous ---

i like Nassib too
Big-12 defenders rofl.
And you would think Coach Huge Action is pretty dialed in on SoCal QBs.

Without Bosa, Zeke or Ramsey at 8, I was ok with the trade down.
Can't complain about any of the picks really. Speed kills, and the 1st two picks were along those lines. Nassib was a quality pickup as well, and who doesn't like a feel good story like the OT.
Kessler was a surprise, but the more I look into it, the more I like it. I like high completion percentages(one of the reasons I isn't want Cook). Avoiding Cook and Jones was probably smart, drafting either pretty much instantly created a QB controversy, a terrible idea in Cleveland. Let Kessler learn under the radar until RG3 inevitably breaks.
I was hoping for Braxton, but as soon as they took Coleman, you knew that probably wasn't going to happen.

I think they took Kessler too early, but here's hoping that maybe he is another Brian Sipe. Sipe was drafted in the 13th round and warmed the bench a few years before the kardiac kid years. He was short on arm strength but smart and accurate. I know that is a huge maybe but Hugh must see something there.

I have to give the Brown's fans credit. Every draft they see the glass as 'half full'. After last year, this year couldn't have been worse. Compare this years with Cinn. and Cowboys.
The good is that Pitt. and Balt. draft was shaky.

Seems like we could have used at least one pick on a safety, unless they feel they can cover that area via free agency.
