Love Haskins and hope more than anything he comes back next year, which personally I think he will. The passes he made last night though and where he got all his yards were the exact same ones that you made fun of Barrett for, short passes that the receivers or running backs would turn into long plays. I don’t remember hardly any deep passes he completed last night which is what you would complain about Barrett not doing. Part of that though was him not getting protected well but the Oline did much better at that in the second half. Huh? Did you think you just posted a got me post. I said Haskins didn’t play good, why are you trying to pretend I said Haskins was awesome. Haskins looked like JT IV the other night, which means not good.

I cheered for JT, but wanted more. I like what I have seen from Haskins so far, but know it's a small sample. After saying that I do get a little laugh when I see JT throw short passes and receivers total up big yards and he is the greatest in school history but Haskins has the same game and he played poor and the receivers carried him. I do think that Haskins play was sub-average. Going 22/39 and 270 yds with 3TDs and 1INT, he can do better than that. To be fair, in JT's first trip to Penn St he was 12/19 for 74 yds with 1TD and 2INTs.

I saw an interesting stat... James Franklin is 3-11 against Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State.

I saw an interesting stat... James Franklin is 3-11 against Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State. And he says he has a "great program".
