the W.V. vs. Texas game proved to be the best game of the day....so far. College football needs to remove or alter the unsportsmanship penalty that is thrown after every single late big game touchdown. It's so lame. West Virginia QB scores the winning two point conversion on a QB keeper and extends the ball to gain the penalty. That's right, merely extend the ball gets you flagged....lol !!!!!! Thats not why he was flagged. He was flagged because he did the downward horns to the crowd.

Anybody else watching the refs cheat for Bama? Oh my, its so obvious. I hope Mississippi State's Head Coach calls out that crap in the post game.

Bama fumbles the ball and Miss St recovers. Refs say, no, no, no, Bama gets to have the ball. Replay clearly shows he fumbled it. Replay crew where you at? 7 pts for Bama that the refs handed them Miss St scores a TD. Ref decides to throw a flag and say Miss St pushed in the back the Bama defender. Replay clearly shows that Miss St didn't even touch the Bama player. 7 pts stolen from Miss St
Then Miss St muffed a punt to help Bama get 7.
If refs didn't cheat for Bama it would be 14-7 right now in the 4th. Take away that muffed punt (yes it happened) and it's 7-7. What could have been. Refs made sure it had no chance of happening in the first half. Who ordered them to cheat for Bama?

Then we all had to listen to the announcers claim Alabama hasn't given up a TD in blah blah. I watched Miss St score a TD then I watched the refs blatantly cheat and take the points off the board with a bogus call. He didn't even touch him and that cheating ref threw a flag and said he shoved him in the back. Ridiculous

Rocky Lombardi is my new favorite player. This kid understands that a name matters. Also of note is MSU is up 13-6 vs Purdue at the half. It’s refreshing watching a team play defense like MSU. Urban Meyer should be taking notes. I wonder what Urb is doing right now.... Well, he is at least my favorite MSU player!

^^^ You think Ohio State's Defense is 3 times better than Michigan State's? Any source material to back up that outrageous claim?
Common opponents MSU gave up 17 vs Penn State OSU gave up 26 vs Penn State
MSU gave up 21 vs Indiana OSU gave up 26 vs Indiana
MSU gave up 13 vs Purdue OSU gave up 49 vs Purdue
Ohio State's next 2 opponents MSU gave up 3 to Maryland MSU gave up 21 to Michigan

"Source material" FACTS from the head to head meeting between OSU and MSU. Head to head is the TRUE TEST.
1) MSU is a run first team. The OSU D held MSU to 54 yards rushing, 49 of those yards came on 3 runs by the back up QB in the 2nd half.
2) MSU only successfully converted 2 of 16 3rd downs.
3) MSU completed 37% of its passes.
4) OSU only allowed MSU to get past the 50 yard line 4 times, none closer than the 20. One of the 4 came when a 5 yard punt gave MSU the ball AT the 50.
5) MSU scored more points in every other game this year, averaging 23ppg.
6) MSU 3 turnovers, OSU 1.
7) THE MOST IMPORTANT stat in ANY game. Ohio State 26, MSU 6. Ohio State scoring more than 4 TIMES the points MSU did. More than the "3 times better". Double the widest margin in their other losses.
Do you have any facts in the head to head meeting between OSU and MSU to refute my claim? ALL you gave us is points scored against JUST THREE common opponents??
Could it be that the quality of the Ohio State defense at this stage of the season has improved and MSU's has declined.
The only claim made was the defense played in this game, OSU vs MSU

After the MSU win, Haskkins' Heisman odds fell from 14-1 to 100-1. Good or bad, it looks like Haskins will be the QB at Ohio State next season.

You are naive if you even think Haskins even considers winning the Heisman in his decision making process. He will only care about where is is projected to go in the draft.

AGAIN......PAY ATTENTION. IF "big arm", "big game", "prototype NFL QB" Haskins won the Heisman why in hell wouldn't HE want to go pro??
AGAIN......PAY ATTENTION. If not so good now, 100-1 odds against winning the Heisman QB, why would HE, HIM, #7 D. HASKINS want to go pro this year?
AGAIN......I see you failed to do your homework asignment and see what those QBs listed did in the NFL. They were terrible, but they were drafted #1 or at the minimum in the first round.
IF he, him Haskins thought he'd get drafted in the first round, HE wouldn't go??
What "poor results in picking QB" scouts, think is meaningless.
UH...if "they don't care" why have the vast majority of Heisman winners been drafted in the 1st round?

So it's your contention that they were 1st round picks because they won the Heisman? They wouldn't have been 1st round picks regardless? Heisman or not, they'd have the same measureables. They'd have the same stats. They'd have lead their teams to the same records. They'd have played in the same bowls. The scouts don't care. Are you saying that had someone else won the Heisman last season they'd have been the Browns draft pick instead of Baker? You're a fool.

Decisions Haskins would have to make regarding winning the Heisman or not. You think if Haskins won the Heisman this year and decided to go early he'd be an ignoramus?? OR, if he doesn't even get invited to New York and decides to stay, he's an ignoramus?? Then you're a fool.

Today, Matt Miller of Bleacher Report, is reporting that numerous sources have told him that Haskins will declare for the 2019 NFL draft.
