Bellevue should run away with the title with Santoro, Santoro, Vogel, and Turner all back. Perkins should be second with Howard, Siegel, and Winston back, and the addition of the freshman, Baker.
After that? I know Columbian has Kaia Woods back. Clyde has Jackie Smith and Maddie Bannister.

Bannister is out for a bit with a broken foot, not a lot of depth for the Lady Fliers this year with some girls not playing.

I went to a Bellevue girls game and noticed the Santoro JV coach from last year is not coaching and her daughter is not playing. I thought the daughter was a heck of a good player. Anyone know what that's all about? Just surprised to see that. Maybe her family relocated?

The younger freshman Vogel appears to have taken that spot and is doing great job. Her last name was Hay not Santoro she only girl didn't come back out. It happens heck when I look at the boys program they have 7 kids didn't return in Hosang, Stockmaster, Gaerdstein, Prenat, Fuchs, Fitgerald. Good luck both Boys and Girls Redmen, both off to a good start.

big game Tuesday at 5-0 Willard Willard will win this one if they sloooow it down and play to their advantage, height. If they get in a foot race with the LR, they'll lose by 20. LR are JD's achilles heel.

I'm just excited to watch those two cute coaches for Bellevue, that father son duo is the best.

Lady Red win, 64-40. As mentioned, Willard had Margaretta next on Sat, and also Bellevue has Lady Bears up next on Tuesday.

Talk around town was they would give Bellevue a heck of a game but looks like they came up short. Was this a closer game and Bellevue just pulled away at the end? Did Willard try and slow it down and get the ball into the Feltner girl and the Weirs girl?

Bellevue is a final 4 quality team and unfortunately Willard is not a team that they are going to overlook.

Feltner girl isn’t even good, their best bet is Crawford. She can only do so much to carry the team, she definitely has the talent to. Crawford is continuously getting better, can’t wait to see how much she progresses throughout the year.

Has to be a Bellevue fan...Bellevue still pressing with their starters in with 2 minutes left in the game up by 20...Classy! First real pressure Willard has seen all year with a young group they will be fine and Feltner is a great player apparently you have never seen her play!

Classy would be the facebook post the Lady Flashes Basketball put on their page or putting the Adams girl in to take out Bellevue players. That is completely false there was no pressing last two minutes. So get your facts straight.

[br Exactly was taken off with 2 minutes to go in the 4th...Flashes had their bench in Adams wasn't in there to hurt anyone. Flashes starters weren't still in the game at that point!

Obviously you have no basketball IQ two good teams going at you play. I disagree with you on Adams.
I too would want the ball in Crawford's hands. She is what makes the team go.

Anyone on here see the Tiffin game where Woods got in the fight? The paper said she is suspended for two games.

Good luck both Boys and Girls Redmen, both off to a good start. Of the 6 young men that you mentioned (you left out Messina, making 7), the only one that may have sniffed the court for a meaningful minute would have been Prenett. And, with his Mother a former Bellevue teacher, education has always been at the forefront in that family. His older brother dumped out of both basketball and baseball at about the same point. They are outstanding scholars and people. The boys program is in sad shape, and will continue to be at best, average, under the current group of leaders.

As soon as we ended up in Bellevue’s state division our playoff ceiling was set in concrete. Concrete. I see margaretta was even worse. Good grief.
