Doesn't Ontario have one conference game remaining?

No, they are 10-4 in the league and they are 13-7 so only two games are left

Ok, I see Fillmore stated 10-4 also on another thread when it was stated 9-4; hence, my confusion. Thanks, guys.

Senior-52 Ont-49 F Ontario had the lead late but couldn’t rebound key senior misses. They gave senior to many opportunities. Guards Shaver and Coburn never came off the floor. Shaver held Senior's leading scorer Hillory to 0 in the first half. Spin right, spin left, take an extra step that's never called, there was Shaver standing over him. Hillory had 13 in the 2nd half, half on foul shots. The defensive effort affected Shaver's shooting, he only had 8. Ontario's leading rebounder Jayden Jacobs fouled out, only playing a couple of minutes in the 4th quarter. When Ontario has to go to their bench for a few minutes a game, bad things happen. Senior's coach blamed the close win on the gym, saying, "We never shoot well here". No mention of the way Balogh teams play defense.

So are you saying that davey1 had the MOAC standings wrong? I'm not sure I can make it any clearer for you. Davey1 now has the MOAC standings updated. You didn't notice that davey1 didn't have the results of the River Valley game?? Even you should know that Ontario won that game by 29 when you posted.

I'd have to think with Crestline having a first year coach, their best player transferring to Willard and the size difference, this close score could be used as positive momentum going into their final game with Bucyrus and tournament game with Monroeville.

The guy is remarkable with this information on the site. I'll take any heat for not double checking and assuming he had it done.

Saw turnovers, lack of rebounding and a lot of missed shots that were open looks. Senior causes turnovers and is a much better rebounding team. Rebounding has been a concern for Ontario all season. The air balls and missed lay ups was not because who Senior was playing. Exciting ending to watch.

Rebounding has been a concern for Ontario all season. The air balls and missed lay ups was not because who Senior was playing. Exciting ending to watch. After the game on the radio Sykes said the reason they didn't shoot well was because of the gym. He said they never shoot well there. Are they scared to play in the O'rena? Senior "caused" 11 turnovers. None of them were "caused" by careless mistakes by Ontario? How many turnovers did Ontario "cause" Senior to have? Ontario was out rebounded by 11. The Ontario player who averages 9 rebounds/game only played around 2 minutes in the 4th quarter, before fouling out. Ontario has out rebounded 13 opponents. In his interview with the press Sykes said, "I thought at times we got good looks." The other times when they didn't get looks, why was that? Sykes also said, "This is the type of game that shows you are a pretty decent team. When you can come on the road and get a win against a very well-coached team who has been playing very well." The reason Clear Fork lost to Ontario by 9 in their gym "had nothing to do with who they were playing"? The reason Shelby was held to 31, their lowest output of the season, "had nothing to do with who they were playing"? The reason Ontario had the best MOAC record in the 2nd half "had nothing to do with who the other 7 teams were playing"? In the 2nd half of the MOAC Clear Fork lost to Pleasant by 5 and Ontario beat Pleasant by 5 "had nothing to do with who they were playing"? With the win Senior leads the series 3-2

Pleasant jumped on Buckeye Valley early, leading 19-3 after the first quarter and never looked back winning 64-43 to close out the regular season. Tournament starts Monday night for the Spartans.

Some advice to everyone reading, spread the word that everyone needs to give Ontario credit for everything.
