How does everybody see the league stacking up in advance of media day on Monday? Predictions for each division?

Lake-Norwalk. The plaque for the alternates is down in the ladies room.

Lake-Norwalk. The plaque for the alternates is down in the ladies room. They may end up with a share but I feel confident they won't win it outright nor will the winner(s) have less than two league losses. Will be slugfest.

Despite my arrogant comment (I'm stuck in the 80s with movies/music), that's why I like this format. It's a competitive division, and last year was proof with co-winners giving way to next tier in Regional Championship game.

Absolutely. I believe Danbury has more out than SJCC and SMCC. Heck, Lakota has more out than SJCC and SMCC combined. If Lakota ever becomes regularly competitive, the enrollment disparities will cause some issues in the River (as likely stated somewhere previously). Male Enrollment - 2019-21 (top three grades): Lakota - 155 Margaretta - 125 Gibsonburg - 123 Hopewell - 98 SMCC - 69 Danbury - 62 Calvert - 44 SJCC - 40 ------ Old Fort - 71 New Riegel - 47 Smallest Bay school is Willard (176).

Lake
Sandusky Clyde Norwalk Tiffin Columbian Bellevue Sandusky Perkins
I think Clyde will surprise this season with 13 returning starters (7 on offense and 6 on defense) QB, their leading RB and WR. The JV team was also pretty solid (8-2)

I'd be amazed if Norwalk doesn't have it this year. Not saying they are unbeatable, but my money is on them every lake division game.

I think there could be a tri-share, one going 3-2, then 1-4, 0-5. If I was to guess tri-share, Clyde, Norwalk, and TC, with Sandusky going 3-2, then Bellevue/Perkins. Of course, I would gladly be wrong to see Truckers go 5-0!

I can see co-champions this year. I will go with Norwalk and Sandusky. The lake has the potential to land 3 or 4 teams in playoffs this year. Perkins should replace st. Mary’s in the river so they can compete.

If I were a gambling man I’d put money on Sandusky to finish above 4th place.

If I were a gambling man I’d put money on Sandusky to finish above 4th place. Like last year? We had one here that posted on Yappi that no one was going to be within 3 scores after their 5-0 start.
