Look on the bright side Willard, you shut your opponent out in the 4th quarter.

Look on the bright side Willard, you shut your opponent out in the 4th quarter. It does not take much and it's not surprising there was no points in the fourth quarter, considering it was a running clock yet in the third quarter.

60-30 final score whoever the hell this other team is as the winner? Heard there were some pretty nasty hits in this one. Were they a big team, like a Norwalk or Shelby size?

Seems like Willard stays in most of these games into the second quarter and then the wheels fall off. Anyone have an opinion as to why? Conditioning? Play calling? Grit?
I’d be interested in seeing Willard’s cumulative scoring vs opponents by Quarter if anyone has it.

Middle linebacker looks like he has some size, but the rest don’t look any bigger than Willard’s players from what can be seen in this picture

If not for a weather cancellation we’d be running clock whitewashed all year till the vermilion game, then it will be 0-9 v 0-9 It is what it is 😕
