Any early thoughts on next season? Who returns the most talent? I don't think Oak Harbor is gonna do too badly, returning Rathbun Dornbush Barney Bergman Harris. Ought to give back to back SBC 'ships a run even without all the Cecil/Eli minutes

I think next season could be very interesting. The last NOL title is up for grabs.
Norwalk girls will have to be considered - only losing 2 seniors to graduation.
Bellevue always has to be a consideration. Underdogs going into this season and rising up to share the conference title.
Shelby will be in the mix as well.
Willard - we'll have to wait and see if Coach Pfahl is back on the bench.
Ontario has a lot of talent returning. They ended the season so strongly.
Sandusky is always scrappy.

NOL should be very interesting and I think the top teams will end up beating on each other a lot this year leaving it open to any of them to take it in the end. What is great is that all those NOL games should be great to be at so make sure to go out and support your teams this year.

In the N10, Buckeye Central graduated only 1 senior, and returns all the starters.

Tough blows for the Oak Harbor girls basketball team already... I have heard that both Emma Barney and Abby Dornbusch have torn their ACL's in soccer and volleyball. Tough blow for two great kids. Hoping for a speedy recovery and possibly they can back by tournament time in mid-February.

Barney is probably out until spring sports but Dornbusch should be back mid-January.

NOL will be very fun to watch this year. I agree that Ontario made some strong strides at the end of the last year & could be right in the mix. Buckeye Central does return a lot this year should be among the top with Carey, Upper Sandusky, and Colonel Crawford.

Ontario was a completely different team the 2nd half of the season when 2 transfers became eligible. One an All-Ohio player from St.Petes. They return 7 of the 8 in the rotation from last year. They only lose their PG who will be replaced by a 3 time qualifier to the State track meet.
