I have never been concerned with the polls this early in the year. Yeah really means nothing. If you are Penn St, Iowa, Or Ohio St you are just focused on winning each and every game if you do that and win the Big Ten Championship you're in everything else will work itself out.

Given some "woes", and the kicker BG winning in Minnesota while only giving up 10..... Only a fool compares scores. The Buckeyes cannot control what Minnesota does, nor anyone else but their opponent for the week. This is not the Minnesota team that started the season, for some unknown reason, besides losing an All-Big Ten running back, there must be other, unexplainable factors at play. The Buckeyes TCB the remainder of the season, they are once again, in the B1G Championship game and positioned for a berth in the playoffs.

But, how long have you followed College Football? Why do you think scores get run up? While you and I generally agree Transitive Property is nonsense in this case, tell that to the College Football world. Besides, it still isn't a good look when MAC wins in B1G. It lessens Bucks win. Also, ideally, College Football Playoff wants competitive reps. If OSU defense is swiss cheese (assuming continued), does anyone in the Country want another beat down to an SEC school? Unless one isn't that concerned because of OSU influence, such as $$$$$

Might I remind you, Alabama lost by the same identical score in the title game, just two years previous.

OSU and/or B1G have a history getting their butts handed to them on grandest stage Clemson, last year, especially Dabo, made the mistake disrespecting OSU and taking the Buckeyes lightly. I'm sure tigers would to redeem themselves, but right now, they're not likely a Playoff rep as well

Either Georgia is really good or Arkansas is overhyped. Or maybe a little of both.

Both M & W defenses are physical & aggressive. Not impressed with either of the offenses.

Kentucky fined $250K for fans storming on the field in joy & celebration, after the big win over Florida....$250K...really??? Storming the field a great win, is embedded in college football tradition. At $250,000 a wack, the NCAA will replenish their coffers. As lame as the 'celebration rule', with the expected flag After every game winning or game changing TD.

With this offense Ohio State doesn't need a great defense, not even a good one, just above average.
Iowa beat Maryland badly because their defense intercepted 5 passes. Ohio State doesn't need 5 turnovers to trounce Maryland

Is the NCAA going to impose another $250,000 fine? Of course, the traditional asinine 'undportsmanlike conduct' for excessive celebration against Iowa at the conclusion. The sooner they dump that moronic rule, the better.

The NCAA didn’t fine Kentucky. The SEC did Thank You..... The Southeastern Conference has fined Kentucky $250,000 for violating its "access to competition area policy" after fans stormed the field following the 20-13 victory. The school was last fined for violating the policy in 2018 when some fans rushed the field after beating Mississippi State.
