6 home games and no road trips for away games is a nice schedule.

Will Clyde be starting the current freshmen at QB next season?

Clyde lost a bunch of skilled players. 6-4 at best IMO. They have a solid young QB coming up that should have them back competing for the league in 23 and 24.

Walnut Ridge was tough last year. I’d like to think this was a joke but you seem to post random “knowledge“ quite often that is also usually untrue. Learning how to use the internet would be a good first step. Start with google and you should be able to to figure some things out from there. Any questions, just ask Jeeves. www.joeeitel.com/hsfoot/teams.jsp?teamID=1612&year=2021

Wouldn’t it be nice to get back to an 8 team league and only have to find 3 non league games each season.

WR - 11-1 in 2019, 9-1 in 2018, 8-1 in 2017, 6-4 in 2016.
Ashland drops us in December. Not really informing us.
Lasalle, Massillon, Hoban, Walsh, Lake Catholic Chardon, and Dover called.
Who would you play?

Probably WR or Lake Catholic. Chardon would not be good for any area school to go up against.

Much easier to fill 3 weeks of games instead of 5 every year. Regardless of the SBC it’s just a giant mess everywhere. 5 school divisions. NLL having 11 schools. Schools that can’t field teams and have to cancel which means either don’t play or schedule a team that’s two hours away. I just can’t believe common sense things that could be done just don’t get done.

If Walnut Ridge cancelled, Cleveland East Tech needs a Week 2 game, for the next 2 years. Plain City Jonathan Alder, and Utica are available too. According to the OHSAA website

According to the OHSAA website they'll be really beefing up the schedule by adding east tech along with 2 city league teams. If you read the post on the OHSAA opening for east tech, says they have 25 guys 9-12. Doubtful they play Clyde. I am sure they will find a better fit than East Tech. However, it may just take more patience as some opening are starting to trickle out it seems

No band. No cheerleaders. No fans and only a few coaches. Kids getting hurt every play. Soon after that school closed. Lake Catholic might be a good option here if they are still available. They are in Div. 4 and went 1-9 last year but played a pretty good schedule.

Someone from Walnut Ridge get ahold of the person that said "yes" to Clyde and say, "WTH are you doing?". That's my guess.

C'mon, Ashland isn't exactly a pressure cooker. Outside Valentine years, it's mediocre at best Program.
