I assume dunks are pretty rare in the SBC. When was the last time Bellevue had someone dunk. Maybe Sandusky has multiple dunks every year? Anyone have a feel for this?

Norwalk, decent 1st Half. Columbian, even better 2nd Half Norwalk up 27-14 with 31 seconds to go in the first half. Brady Gooding 3, steal into 3-point play, Norwalk turnover into Gooding 60-footer at the buzzer. Norwalk only up 27-23 at halftime. Buckeyefan73 went to the game, and this AM told me exactly what you described here

How is Sandusky this year? They are solid this year, but last year had a better shooting and defensive team overall. I think they will contend for the lake and I wouldn’t be suprised to see them win it again. However, i can see them drop a few league games against a team who plays zone. They don’t start any seniors and the junior class is a real nice class. They did move into being one of the smallest D1 schools now for tournament.

Difference was the foul line. Evidently, Bellevue was the more aggressive team

I assume dunks are pretty rare in the SBC. When was the last time Bellevue had someone dunk. Maybe Sandusky has multiple dunks every year? Anyone have a feel for this? Not a current SBC team, but technically Shelby is a former one so I can add to this I guess. Shelby usually averaged 0.5 dunks a year over the past decade. This season, I believe the Whippets have close to 15 dunks in seven games. Against both Galion and Clear Fork, Shelby had five in each game. Three players dunked last night, including an off-the-backboard alley from DeVito to Lantz. That was done a few times last year. I'm doing all I can to appreciate this magic going on. In both Shelby v Lex games last season, there were dunks by both teams. I expect more of the same tonight. Fogle and Lantz can easily throw down in light traffic around the paint if they are in rhythm.

I was going to say if the SBC fans a wanting to see dunks come on down to Richland County and watch Lex, Shelby, and Mansfield Senior. I'm sure Sandusky fans see there share as well. There some really nice talent in the north central Ohio area. Kind of reminds me the 1980s and 1990s with Malabar, Willard, Mansfield Sr. and Lexington.
