Tiffin will be big rebuild next year. Not a lot of talent coming up and good time to leave. That senior class had a nice run. Whoever takes over will have a lot of work to do.

Roy Shoulders back at Mans st pete I hope he can turn it around over there. They have been terrible since Jakubic (sp) left. Uncharacteristically terrible.

Probably wants no part of this 7 divisions. No. Not even close Poor attempt at being funny since he was projected to be one of the 3 schools in the NWDAB who would have been in D1. Jim loved what he did and where he did it but not everyone he had to deal with.

Mark Hazelwood, of the Norwalk Reflector wrote an outstanding piece on how the numbers of girls participating in basketball from north central Ohio area are way down. It would be great to see if he would ever tackle the issue that we see above that each year we have 10-20 or more coaching openings in both girls and boys basketball in the NW Ohio area. With coaching being a year long commitment, it would be interesting to hear why coaches are leaving with real answers and not just the "I want to spend more time wit my family." It would be interesting to see how many were "forced out," how many had coaching burn out, how many were true more family time, or other reasons for getting out of coaching. With more and more responsibilities of HS coaches, I think we see this year in and year out.

For those of us who do not live in an area of Ohio (or adjoining states) that may be close to where you are from and might now know about whoever "Mark Hazelwood" is, please enlighten me/us. He must be a reporter then I take it?

Very informative and eye opening at some of the numbers, or lack there of in the area, and gave some reasons and incite from coaches.
