Not to sound old, but couldn't the game Sunday at least start earlier?

bighoss. $. $. $. = all the NBA is about.
As mentioned before, the Cavs match up much better vs Boston. When Thomas is playing bad, the entire team suffers and Cleveland put the lock on him early and forced him to make many bad shots. If Cleveland can take game 2 in Boston, look for the sweep and much needed rest before 2 mountains meet in the finals.

Cavs lead 72-31 at half of game 2....a new record for largest halftime deficit in an NBA playoff game

Tonight the Cavs set a new franchise record for points scored in a playoff game, and also dealt the Celtics their worst ever loss in a playoff game.

Wow, never saw any of this coming. I was never concerned with Boston ever beating the Cavs in a 7 game series but I thought it'd at least be a better series than this so far. Welp, on to the third straight year of cavs vs warriors for the championship.

Stunning loss on Sunday, but last night they bounced back to take a 3-1 lead. Will be interesting to see if they can close it out in Boston tomorrow night. Game 1 of the Finals will start on June 1 regardless of when this series ends, so the earlier the Cavs can close this out the more rest they'll get before facing what will be a very well rested Golden State team.

IF the Celtic motion offense is giving the Cavs problems they have no chance in the Finals.

IF the Celtic motion offense is giving the Cavs problems they have no chance in the Finals. Some are saying that it benefits the Cavs to be facing this kind of offense in the ECF. The idea is that it is basically a 2 week practice against an offense that the Cavs were built to face. The finals are going to be interesting. So much talent and so many little things that can swing a game.

Kevin Durant is a lameass carpetbagger.

Curry knew he could never beat a healthy CAVS without a lameass carpetbagger.

That is comparable to Ohio State practicing with Wynford to get ready for TTUN.

As lue was saying. Celtics run a tougher offensive movement then the warriors. It's a good test before getting the warriors. Believe it or not. He is right.

I believe the thought behind the statement. But, the Cavs struggle to defend a team of average players and the Warriors are not average players.

what he was really saying: Brad Stevens > Steve Kerr and/or Mike Brown

I'll take the Cavs by double digits tonight. Lebron is on another level, I've heard how bad he played in game 4. 34 points 50+% FG, 6 ast, 5 rebs. If Steph Curry put up those #'s they'd say he played great. Lebron is playing at such a high level that shooting over 50% and scoring 34 points is considered a bad night. The last time I remember 34 points being a bad night was when Jon Diebler was in High School.

The Cavaliers are now 4-3 all time in the Eastern Conference Finals, including 1-1 against Boston.

On April 14th FiveThirtyEight gave the Cavs an 11% chance of making the finals. They had the Celtics at 24%, Wizards at 21% and Raptors at 25%.

How long is it going to take people to realize the Cavs coast during the regular season? While all these other teams are going all out, they're sitting back resting players and getting ready for the real season, the playoffs. What's going to suck though is however many years from now when Lebron is done and we're just hoping to make the playoffs each year, lol.
