A no. 1, Where did you find this video. Is it one of those from a company that is like Greatest Rivalries that from around the Columbus area that has a team following a team making a highlight films and selling it to the players family. It's not done by Storied Rivals. Shelby is the only school I know in the area that uses Storied Rivals. Brian Skowronski does these videos. He used to host Scores & More on WMFD but he does his own thing now. He primarily covers Mansfield Area schools. You can check out his other videos on his YouTube channel. www.youtube.com/user/pimpski10/videosor his website... www.oh.report/ A no.1, Thanks, I knew Shelby last year was using Storied Rivals and I knew Rivals is hoping to get more schools in the area on contract but I didn't know if the any others went with them. I also didn't know about Brain doing video's so I learned two things today, all in one post. Thank you again A no.1 and you have a good one today.

This will be a good game. I like the Tigers to pull this one out. This Sandusky team will not throw the ball neary as well as the past few years, while huron features an improved passing game. I look for the Tigers to have success through the air. The question is can they stop the stud RB from Sandusky. I think Hinckley and the boys are up for the challenge. I like the Tigers - 42-28 Go Tigers dump, I'm impress, you made some very good comments and observation here. You even did it without downgrading somebody or even the opposing team. Keep it up and people are going to start liking you. I knew you had in ya. I also think you might be right on this, you stop their running game you would stop them. I had heard that they don't have a passing game this year. Good luck to the Tigers this year.

No disrespect to SC, but I'll be a little surprised if Willard doesn't win this one by at least a couple of TDs. <iframe width="24.5" height="2.92" id="MoatPxIOPT0_42921687" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: -5px; width: 24.5px; height: 2.92px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="24.5" height="2.92" id="MoatPxIOPT0_3027244" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1164px; top: -5px; width: 24.5px; height: 2.92px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="24.5" height="2.92" id="MoatPxIOPT0_68924053" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 87px; width: 24.5px; height: 2.92px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="24.5" height="2.92" id="MoatPxIOPT0_30106796" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1164px; top: 87px; width: 24.5px; height: 2.92px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> Scott, I think a lot of us was surprise at this one.

Wellingtontoyman, Boy that a long one to type out. Anyway you forgot one very important person there. You can never count out a JL coached team. If I remember correctly, JL has only coached 1 losing season and that was his first year. I'm not sure but I think he has been coaching for 27-28 years now. He has a way of putting the right people in the right places that suit his style of play and he hasn't change not one thing or one play at all, and I mean the basics, of his game plan from when he took over. When he decides to hang up his cleats he would surly be in Ohio's football coaches hall of fame. Coach Livengood is going into his 28th season this year. He has coached 328 games and has a career record of 260-68 overall (.793%) and 164-27 in the FC (.859%).
He has led the team to 19 FC Championships, 1 State Championship (2009), 4 State Runner-Ups, 8 Regional Championships, and has made it into the playoffs 19 times.
Thank you Thrill, I just couldn't remember if it was 27 or 28 years and the rest, I wasn't about to guess on that. Anyway that man there is one hell of a coach.

I don't know about our new coach at our school. Has she been a asst. coach for us or did she coach at another school. But I was thinking that since we have a new coach maybe they might have put us a little to high. I was thinking 3rd or 4th place but who knows, you can never tell with high school kids. They can at times surprise everyone. That might be the real reason why I like watching high school sports the most.

My point is you need to have a conference champion. Ever heard of all-sports trophies for the entire school year? Why would you combine 2 conferences for one wrestling meet? It’s not Crestview’s fault that South Central has awful numbers. People keep trying to fix things that aren’t broken Bighoss, I 'm tiring not to be a pest but I understand if it's not broken don't mess with it but sometimes you need to fix it before it gets broke. The thing is there are schools that are having a tuff time getting kids out for a sport. South Central is one, and after the Stieber brothers graduated along with the other stars there, Monroeville is down in wrestling, I'm not sure if New London and Mapleton program is down still along with Plymouth. Those 3 have gone up and down in numbers all the time. The only ones in the Firelands usually with a solid program are Western Reserve, St. Paul's, and Crestview. In the N-10, I know Buckeye Central numbers are down but I don't know about the rest. Can you inform me on the numbers of each school that has a wrestling program in the N-10. Also I know the Firelands does not have an All Sports Trophy, Does the N-10 have one. I don't know what the answer is on this but something has to be done or maybe we should just have wrestling as a club sport this way all the classes are full. What is your thought on this because I'm running out of ideas.

Crimson and Bighoss, Thanks for letting me know that there are only 3 divisions. I guessed that there was 4 div. like there are in basketball. Bighoss, I just don't understand what your trying to explain in your second message. From what I understood the question was combining the 2 conference's together just only in wrestling because most school's just can't fill the rosters so make 2 into one and maybe call it Firelands N-10 Conference this way you still would only have 1 conference champ. I hope that might explain it better. Also if this doesn't make any sense at all, please excuse me for it, I'm on a 48 hour of no sleep. Insomnia for the last 3 weeks, usually getting 3 hours each night of sleep.

That is a good question you brought up there. The only thing is I think that all the Firelands schools are all D-4, I'm not on that, Is Western Reserve and Ashland Crestview D-4 or D-3. And what about the N-10? Is Upper Sandusky and Bucyrus and maybe Coronal Crawford, are they D-4 or D-3. Some schools might not like that many D-3 in it. I don't know just saying. Me, it sounds like a good idea, you get maybe 3 or 4 schools that can or come very close of having their rosters full each year they are the ones who usually win their conference crowns. Who knows.

Really Really good showing by the SBC teams at Maumee Bay this year. in pool play Willard defeated Gilmour Academy Perkins and Huron split in sets Gold Medal Round was Perkins, St Paul, Massillon Jackson, Ottawa Glandorf in one pool Huron, Liberty Benton, Leipsic, and Portsmouth Clay in another pool in the bracket single elimination St Paul over Perkins in two closely contested sets, Jackson over OG Huron over Portsmouth Clay Liberty Benton over Leipsic semi finals- Jackson over St Paul in two sets. Huron over Liberty Benton in two sets. Gold finals SBC Huron wins in two over Jackson. I was impressed with what i saw from willard they were in the silver but probably couldve easily made gold. SBC is going to have some fantastic matches this season Perkins-Norwalk will be very interesting, Huron Willard and Oak Harbor will be dog fights. Huron is vastly improved from last year. exciting times are upon us. Skip, Maybe you might know this but I saw Norwalk hosting a tournament with Tiffin Calvert and 4 other teams or maybe it was 6. It was on the varsity schedule. And also Norwalk is at Perrysburg with I think 16 other teams. Do you or can you find out what other teams are in those tournaments. Thank You.

You are welcome. About 5 years ago Vermilion was looking into putting in Purple Turf. That would have been pretty cool to see. Purple Turf? Now you guys are trying to make me relive the Late 60's and early 70's again. Purple Haze.

Back off sport. Until you know what has been going on in my house you wouldn't be questioning me like that, and yes I took the first part of your statement as an attack on my intelligent and I do not like that at all. I may have not been able to go to all the games like I wanted too, but I have kept track of them the best way that I could have. Those last two seasons I have been busy visiting one of my sons down at Muskingum University, I have been helping my other son out doing things for him, I have been helping my wife through many joint transplants, and even though I am cured of my HEP-C, it has destroyed part of my liver and I have to go to the Cleveland Clinic for check ups, and treatments, plus I still volunteer at our local hospital and my church. And I still do all this with a constants pain in my only shoulder that I have left. Now BACK OFF SPORT.

What's the over/under on wins? 2018 schedule Pre-season Buckeye Central Bucyrus @ Cardington-Lincoln Regular Season South Central Plymouth @ Shelby @ Lakota @ Margaretta SMCC @ Fremont St Joe Danbury @ Tiffin Calvert Gibsonburg Playoffs ?? 7 wins? Goodness, I sure hope they get 5.5 wins with that kind of schedule. Nothing like dumbing your schedule to a point where you make it seem like you have a solid program. Had the two kids not transferred into Willard they would surely be 0-10 this year. Come south 13 miles and watch a real team and real program. I'm sure they will be talking about Willard like they have something going until September 7 when they find out how good they think they are. My Whippets be rolling over the flashes. Hope they can all stay eligible and playoffs (Playoffs! Playoffs! Really, playoffs!) slow down big fella. Whippet4life, I understand being proud of your school but how about you back off just a little please. I still remember not long ago, Shelby was having trouble having a winning season. Remember all schools go through a dry spell of winning, look at Norwalk on that, what was it, 35 years maybe of a long losing streak. Easy up buddy, ok.

I went to the 7 on 7 at Norwalk against Western Reserve on Wednesday. Norwalk did alright they still got some more improvement but all in all they did aright. Haraway is playing receiver this year and considering I haven't seen him play since he was in 6th grade he did pretty good. He dropped the ball a few times but he did make some very impressive catches. The team still needs to get their timing down but that will come together. I think they will still make it this year, maybe they might not win the championship but they might still make the playoffs. Anyway here is Norwalk's scrimmages this year. August 7th-home-Olmsted Falls, 10am. August 11th-home-Genoa, 10am. and August 17th-away-Huron, 6pm. Norwalk plays their scrimmages on the JV Field behind the High School.

clydesbcfan, How do you like that, we're trying to figure out who owns the site and crimsonblood comes on and tells us that northern 10's site kicks butt. I was also trying to figure out which schools still have natural grass in the conference. so far I have, Norwalk, Edison, Margaretta, Oak Harbor, Lakota, Gibsonburg, Danbury, And right now Shelby. Next year Hopewell will come in and Shelby leaves. Does anybody know if Vermilion is natural grass or Field Turf.

I have a question guys? With the new site up already, why than that it doesn't have Gibsonburg and Danbury on it already. I know they are suppose to start league play this year and you moved up Margaretta and Willard up to the Bay Division. You also moved Shelby up to the Lake Division. I also tried to get in on some of the schools site and it wouldn't get on. What gives. It is about 60% active and updated. Would like URL info to move forward too Thanks Clyde, I was fortuned that one of my sons was home for a visit and he told me what you were meaning cause I am still dumbfounded on these computers. Why didn't we have personal computers back in my days, and some of you whippersnappers better not make a remark that we didn't have electricity in my days.

Scott, if you don't you can give it to me and I'll do. I'm hoping soon the oldest will be able to move out and get a place of his own. Once that happens and since the youngest has a place of his own I can claim their room for my man cave and watch games without interruptions all by my self or have some of my friends over. Sorry, it stays with me. Darn you got me again Scott. I was going to try and get 4 helmets for displaying. 1 Western Reserve (where I played) 1 New London (wife graduated) 1 St. Paul's (Oldest son played) 1 Norwalk (Youngest son played). Oh well I guess I can throw that idea out the window.

The spelled out words of Norwalk I can live with that. That part reminds me of how the New York Giants had their helmets before they went back to the old NY style from the 60's. I just don't like that style of stripe and that Truckers face on the front of it has got to go. To me it looks like that face should belong on a comic strip. If you want a wide strip down the middle of your helmet than go with from front to back, somewhat like Tennessee has on their helmets. That's just my opinion be it old fashion as it is.
