League will be way down. Ellis,Koenig,Craycraft, and Wallace will be the studs of the league. I'll go with Ellis as MVP of league and others as 1st teamers. I'd guess Rayburn would be my 5th but don't think he's improved since MS.

Can't beleive Starner won't play. Saw him at open gyms during summer. If he doesn't that will hurt them but still should be the fav in league.

Gates, I'm now being told the punishment is 20% of the season. Do you concur? Yes I agree with the 20%. They will have a meet the team night on Nov 13th

I'm hearing that BV could be down 3-4 players for up to half the season for an incident over homecoming weekend. Don't have any substantiation to this other than it comes from someone whose word I trust. Also, don't know who, just the overall number. If true, it could vastly affect the MOAC race and BV's chances to compete for a league title. Not that many BD and not half the season.

RV ran through BV. 3 ints in 1st half in own territory killed them. 1st and goal from 4 and pass it 4X and don't score when you have 1 of the best backs in conf.

Jafbdad hit BV right on the head. None of the parents like the coach. Kids under perform. Playing kids in positions they don't play. Won 7 games last year then 2 in tournament. Senior class has talent, but haven't clicked. I'd still take JA and Highland to win Divisions.

Ellis should win it. With Konieg and Craycraft close behind

I was there on BV side. It was just a violent tackle by a very talented, stronger player. The pass interference was the right call. It probably saved a TD and wasn't a 1st down after penalty. And yes the BV side went nuts thinking it was an automatic 1st down. Braxton deserved to be kicked out. The week before #40 was kicked out and shouldn't have been. He was shoved into a pile on a KO return after the whistle, and he pushed back. 2nd person always gets caught. Officiating has been bad for years, it's worse in basketball in the MOAC I'm sure you could improve officiating if you got a license. I COULDNT do any worse

My take on league this year. 4 teams bring back guys who can fill it up. Ellis and Starner at MH. Craycraft, PL. Wallace, RV. Koenig, JA. Watched BV all summer. Don't have a true scorer. NU has Ronnie, game hasn't changed. 1) MH 2)PL 3) JA 4) BV 5)RV 6) GL 7) NU. No Pugh hurts JA big time, plus heard his brother in Caly going to prep school and will be back maybe next year. PL had a strong JV squad last year so I see them pushing MH.
