Let's see. They'll make the playoffs. And the NFL will find a way to make them lose in the first round, or they will do what theyve done since 1989 and choke.

I find it ironic that with the regular season success the Bengals have had for several successive years, all everyone wants to talk about is their playoff struggles.
They DO get the job done in the regular season and will arguably do it again this year. They're an impressive team.

My daughter is a sophomore in college. The last time the Browns made the playoffs she was a first grader. Yet their fans come onto a Bengals thread and throw stones. ROFL!

If you clowns get to use playoff wins as the only criteria I get to use state championships in HS basketball.
Upper & Norwalk BB > Willard BB
See how dumb that sounds? That's the logic some Browns fans think is clever.
Please tell me you didn't start a Bengals thread just so people could troll it. Smart people shouldn't aspire to lead the simple downward.

I refuse to participate in a thread specifically setup for Browns fans to vent their anger and frustrations. It's certainly not created for legitimate Bengals fans to have discussions and opinions. For that reason, you won't see any comments from me on this thread.

I've got a feeling he started this thread in an attempt to keep the typical Bengals stuff in one thread, since it had started showing up in completely unrelated threads.

I can't agree that Norwalk/Upper BB > Willard BB, even with the titles...but I admire your willingness to drag your schlong along the third rail of the local train track. A few folks on here probably clenched up when they read that.

Thanks to NFL Network I watched the Bengals most recent playoff loss again. The best part was watching their fans emotions when they actually thought they were going to win. Classic moments, sorry Bengal fans and those that like them from Northern Ohio. The team's lack of discipline and inability to protect the ball costs them the win. In case anyone was wondering the Bengals have the longest playoff win drought in the NFL to include the Browns who took 3 years off.

I do not cheer for either team but I am curious. Would you rather go 8-8 in regular season and 1-1 in playoffs or for 11-5 and 0-1?

As a fan of the NFL team in Ohio with titles (multiple) I say yes titles are great but high school sports and pro are certainly different. Willard hoops had a great run and has great tradition while Upper capitalized on a poor decision made in Fostoria. Good on them for taking advantage of the opportunity that presented itself.

I realize that hs and pro are different animals but at the end of the day if you've accomplished something that somebody else hasn't that makes you better. So far as the NFL regular season goes<disclaimer I am a Pitt fan> can we please stop pretending that just making the playoffs in the NFL is some tremendous feat?

The Bengals must have misunderstood. The last 2 weeks they were playing "playoff teams" not "playoff games".

Bengals 2-2 and in 3rd place. They are the NFL equivalent of the Clippers. Went from jokes to playoff team but no more. Clippers never made a real playoff run and Bengals can't even win a playoff game to include home wild card games. They are beyond jokes. The Browns have a more recent playoff win and we took 3 years off.

2-3 and look worse than that. What a joke. It's not a surprise this team had the longest playoff drought in the NFL to include the Browns who took 3. years off.

Gotta love them playing so poorly so now they aren't on here talking about #1 seeds and playoff games. They just realize they suck so we don't have to read their nonsense.

Halfway to 3-5. Even if they win 4-4 and the bandwagon eras are silent as they realize I've been right all along. Who would have thought? That's right......everyone.
