Well why was the game plan last week to throw it? Run every down last week like this week and Iowa would have been beaten. JT is NOT a thrower that's why the NFL doesn't want him, he's an adequate runner and a below average passer, yet Urb thought calling pass plays for noodle arm was the thing to do last week. This team isn't a playoff team with a very poor vertical passing game. But it's an utter embarrassment how they could lose a Big Ten game to a completely inferior opponent talent wise like Iowa. MSU has better talent than Iowa. Looks like 10-2 and a Big Champ game vs Wisconsin. If OSU chooses to run it 80% of the time vs Wisconsin then 11-2. If OSU chooses to feature JT Barrett's arm vs Wisconsin then it will be 10-3. Once again not very knowledgeable by Vogel. The O and D coordinators thought they could use the same exact play selection without deviation against Iowa that worked against Penn State. A completely different set of LBs played against MSU than played against Iowa. Nick Bosa said the D-line was turned loose again to attack, instead of play conservative like they did against Iowa to stop their run game. Urban Meyer retook control of HIS offense. Tired of the former head coach of a middle of the pack Big Ten team running his offense. Who he brought on board to tweak the passing game, not turn his offense into a pass first offense. At the first coaches meeting this week he MANDATED that HIS offense return to a run first offense. No more of this 60% pass, 40% run offense.

^^^Yep, OSU will lose 1 or 2 more games and it's a lock that JT Barrett IV will have at least one more horrendous game. MSU, Michigan and a Bowl Game. If he's lucky a Big Ten Champ game. The last 2 times JTIV has played the Spartans he's thrown for an atrocious 46 & 86 yards and ball hogged it from his RB's. I'm expecting more of the same from him this Saturday. Prediction MSU 17 OSU 14 JT Barrett IV with an abysmal 121 yards passing (but his best performance vs Sparty since 2014) JT Barrett IV with another ball hog performance where he carries it the most times on the team Predicting MSU 17, Ohio State 14?? Is that height of doltishness or proof of a year long ruse?

J....T....Barrett! Nice scoring drive culminating with play-action keep and run by Barrett. Up two scores is a nice start. You mean as Vogel would say, "ball hog" Barrett?

Something kind of interesting to watch is the line on this game. started at OSU-16 and went down to -14.5 and now back up to -17. It seems immediately to the naked guy to be Very Very off one would think. The guys setting this line aren't stupid,, there has to be a reason. I'm not sure where it is coming from other than possibly Urbans' record after a loss,,or MSU coming off an emotional win vs PSU. Either way,,I think OSU wins and JT plays well. I think JK gets the ball a lot more and if MSU looks to stop him,,then our receivers will be open. Those setting the line don't know any more than Vogel.

In 2016 JT Barrett threw for 86 yards vs Michigan State In 2015 JT Barrett threw for 46 yards vs Michigan State It's going to be in the 30's Saturday, let me guess the excuse when JT Barrett throws for 73 yards will be it was cold and Urban wanted him to take care of the ball. Meanwhile MSU will probably throw for 200 yards and win. Just shows how little Vogel knows.

I open up page 3 and this is what I se e. 10 straight posts by a mental patient, someone must have struck a nerve. No wonder a third (and growing #) of this site has him blocked. So when OSU features JT Barrett (Iowa, Oklahoma) OSU gets throttled. And when OSU features the RB's OSU wins. It's been this way Barrett's whole career. In 2015 Urban featured Barrett and OSU lost to MSU when MSU was rolling with a bad backup QB. Zeke was on that team and Urban decided to feature Barrett instead. Enough with Barrett Urban, it's obvious you won't bench him for a real QB so at least do the next best thing and run the ball 80% of the time vs Michigan and Wisconsin. Do that and OSU will finish 11-2. Feature Barrett in either of those games and OSU is in deep trouble.

Heck the biggest haters, all those responding on this page including you, obviously are lying and peaking. How would you know? Did you lie AGAIN when you said you had me blocked? I knew I could draw you out, couldn't resist could you Vogel? Thanks for playin. I wait all week, until after all the posts have been made that are worthy of comment, then point them out all at once. That way not as much of my valuable time is wasted. Your memory is short AND selective so as to fit your agenda. QBs don't call plays. You forget Zeke was in the hospital the week of the MSU game when JT was "featured". Zeke blamed Urban for the loss for not running him more, he did not blame JT. Urban didn't think Zeke was up to it physically to be "featured" in that game, but then you know more than all of the coaches and players at Ohio State. More of that wannabee syndrome. AGAIN it's always about the QB for you, ONE player out of 150 players and coaches on a TEAM. You MUST be a wannabee QB. A dreaded personality defect. Running the ball 80% of the time is part of your ruse. NO coach in a Power Five school has done that since the day of the Wishbone. Sly con man, what would you do as a D-coordinator if the team you were playing ran the ball 80% of the time out of a spread formation? We ALL await your wisdom. If no answer, then you are not wise. Just a wannabee.

Sorry to rain on your parade. Purple Rain. Half the teams in the country could beat Florida without throwing a pass, they're run defense is so poor. Not out of necessity, they didn't want to score 70. BTW good lookin'. Why did Georgia throw FOUR TIMES as many passes this week?

you guys sure were quiet last week
Too bad we choked away a winnable matchup @ IOWA after yesterday's mayhem...The U in the playoffs? God's balls. Shout-out to Mark Richt if he makes it and Georgia doesn't. Although after last year I'd be terrified to watch us against any of the other 3 teams, I'm still a little veklempt over the whole Iowa loss. It's cool we curb-stomped Little Brother and all, but alas, a National Title run with Barrett at the helm remains elusive.

I find it rather humorous that all these posters professing to have blocked MF, still respond to his comments. Rather redundant to block someone and then open it up out of nagging curiosity (what did he say, what did he say?), so you can continue with more critical dialogue. If you have truly blocked the individual you claim to abhor, then end of discussion and communication and end of all comments concerning this person, correct? Otherwise, your claim is merely window dressing.

Hell a Big Ten Title with Barrett at the helm is still elusive. J.T. orchestrated the offense against MSU magnificently. The offense put up 48 points against one of the better defenses in the country and J.T. was at the heart of that great day of offense by the Buckeyes. Continue the hatred if you will, but for me, I'm enjoying what I'm seeing.

He had 10 posts in a row, that's psychotic. I have no clue what that mental ward escapee is saying anymore but with 10 posts in a row it's safe to assume someone struck a nerve and that loon went full psycho. I'd also assume since this was a Michigan State game that he once again described Connor Cook's throwing technique and running technique, and Connor Cook didn't play in this game nor the other game that he described him playing in. I blocked him because all he does is make stuff up, fact check anything he writes and you will find out he made it up.

Thanks for quoting the 'King of make Believe' in yet another make believe stat of his. 2017 - Georgia ran it 83% of their plays vs Florida - Georgia won 42-7 2016 - Florida ran it 67% of their plays vs Georgia - Florida won 24-10 2015 - Florida ran it 72% of their plays vs Georgia - Florida won 27-3 2014 - Florida ran it 91% of their plays vs Georgia - Florida won 38-20 over then #11 Georgia Run the ball Urban. 80+% vs Michigan and Wisconsin and then OSU will finish out 11-2. Feature JT "Can't throw it that's why the NFL doesn't want me" Barrett and OSU will be in a world of hurt. A mixture and OSU might win, but feature the run and OSU will crush both.
