Appears that Chris Rodriguez will not be back at Upper next season.

I don't think the November BOE meeting has taken place yet. And there's a difference between being non-renewed and resigning.

According to the horses mouth it is so. Who's the horse: Rodriguez, administration, or other?

As I said before, nothing is official until the BOE takes action or makes a statement that he won't be offered a contract, but you're right - indications are someone else will be in charge next year.

Hopefully they make a good new hire. Upper football is on life support. For what ever reason they have dropped numbers like the titanic in the past few years. Good athletes not playing.(Mittimier) Basketball kids that won't go out. Really good players leaving for other schools (Gabriel,Reichelderfer). I know those are just example of kid who didn't play or left but those type of kids would have definitely helped.
