What does everyone think? Lex girls return everyone from the district champion team got second at the Northwest Classic this year and just slaughtered Wooster by 70. The conversation this year might be about how much they win the district by and how high they can place at state. Napoleon will likely push them again, but probably not for too long.
On the boys side, it should be interesting again. Wauseon returns everyone including Nicholas Dilworth and Austin Schuette (200/500 free) and has some other guys rising around them. Perkins has Charlie Clark (200/500 free) to build around who went some amazing times a few weeks back at the Northwest Classic. Wapakoneta still has Michael Johnston (IM/Backstroke) and the Metzger brothers. Galion will be good again despite losing Eli Skaggs. Celina won it last year but lost a lot. Lexington returns everyone from last years runner up team and appears to have added depth to compliment Wilson Cannon (200 free/ 100 fly) and Cayman Eichler (IM/ 100 breastroke) and recently lost to conference foe Wooster by 4 despite a missing swimmer and a dq. Lex also placed highest among D2 schools at the Northwest Classic and has beat Perkins and Galion so far this year. At this point, I predict Lex winning both boys and girls. On the girls side handily and on the boys side by a a few points over Wauseon

I follow Fremont Ross swimming and in D1 they are the 2nd best in NW Ohio I think. I think there is such a big difference in D1 to D2 times, which is hard to under stand because of the summer swim clubs. Like in the Fly Cannon from Lex is ranked third in D2, but if he was D1 he would be 10th with his time. I would think it shouldn't be that much difference.
