I can't believe the great pitching! Is this an Atlanta sweep or they have one more?

It was a sweep, the Tribe's 4th straight. Now they go to Toronto for a 4 game series.

13 wins in a row! Ties 1942 and 1951 for the best in franchise history.
Tribe finishes the month of June 22-6, including going 11-0 in home games.

Historic starting pitching. In the 13 games the starters gave up 3 or fewer runs in every game. The last time that happened was 100 years ago.

Wild one today! Still tied 1-1 going into the 17th innining Indians had a golden opportunity top of the 16th with runners at 1st & 3rd, with no one out. Opportunity squandered. Blue Jays came back with a near identical threat with runners in scoring position and nobody out. Trevor Bauer kept his composure and got out of a jamb.

This is getting frustrating and painful to watch....lol Tribe had bases loaded and only one out, top of the 18th....Nyquin hits into a double play. There's going to be some tired ballplayers tonight, early to the sack....unless they're still playing into the late hours.

Top of the 19th Carlos Santana homered (413 ft.) to deep right center, to put the Tribe up 2-1 Jays go 1-2-3 to finish out the game and Tribe wins an epic battle!
The win streak continues at 14 straight!

Well that was nuts. Great to see the streak hit 14, but I hope this doesn't screw up our pitching too bad. It'll be interesting to see what they do for tomorrow start, I would imagine they'd have to call someone up to avoid having the remaining starters all move up a day and pitch on 4 days rest.
Today the offense seemed like they were trying to set a record for the most at bats with a runner at 3rd with less than 2 outs without bringing in a run. They weren't able to do anything until Santana got to face a guy who was making his first ever MLB pitching appearance and had been playing 2nd base all day.

Tribe lose second straight by an embarrassing, lopsided score of 17-1 The Indians finally saw their win streak ended in a toughly fought game that wasn't determined till late innings. My greatest fear is see their epic win streak be countered with a losing streak that happens all too often in the sport of baseball.
On the other side of the coin, teams that suffer a demoralizing defeat as was experienced today, more often than not, bounce back the next game with a win.

Your Reds are struggling. They fired their pitching coach and now have given up 6 runs before getting 6 outs. I'm sure you will play the you don't like the Reds card which makes you liking the sorry can't win a playoff game Bengals even more humorous.

Ten straight against Detroit, and now 12 straight at home.

Still have a couple meaningful streaks going. I like our chances tonight with Carrasco pitching against Sanchez.
My hope is to carry some momentum into the All-Star break.

12-1 beatdown of Detroit tonight keeps those 2 streaks going
Also, Lindor and Salazar are heading to the All-Star Game

I'm surprised Tomlin didn't get into the ASG as well as Lindor and Salazar. Maybe if someone drops he'll get an invite?
12:10 first pitch today, with Mr. Tomlin on the hill.
I don't feel bad for the Tigers at all, as they get this game then 4 in Toronto. Seems like our entire division is going there series after series over the last week since KC is there right now.

This is why. Even if he has the most wins on the staff. He would be the starter I would remove from the starting rotation for the play offs. He is the only starter who must be absolutely perfect with every pitch. Which he is incapable of doing

Best record in league and still around 9 more home games than road games the rest of the way.

With the trade deadline upon us, is there any rumors the Indians might be active? I know they would love to pick up a good reliever.

Nice win last night. Loved the way the Tribe responded in the bottom of the 4th after that Butler vs. Gimenez dust up in the top of the 4th.

Lucroy is not a done deal, a deal is simply in place. Lucroy has to waive the NTC which seems to be headed in a positive direction but has not yet happened!

Lucroy has blocked the trade as of right now.

Lucroy wanted the team to drop 2017 club option. Indians said no so the deal is at a stand still.

Tough to lose Frazier but we have good OF depth and Miller is signed for next year. I just assume keep Francisco because Lucroy is a *****. Whined last year to get traded because MIL sucked and now blocking a trade. **** him let him rot in Wisconsin.
