You're making a complete fool of yourself. I comprehend exactly what you say. Even though you can't keep your stories straight. It's in black and white above.
In your post of Jul 18, 2018 at 10:28pm you said, "Your coach told our coach". Since that is lacking syntax, it must be assumed that your coach then told you or you would not have known. THEN in your post of Jul 22, 2018 at 8:34pm you said, "I heard it straight from him"(Balogh).
Which is it, did a Clear Fork coach tell you or did you hear it straight from Balogh?? They're completely different, one must be a lie. Or are both lies? We can't believe anything you say. It's obvious you don't know what your talking about from one post to another. AGAIN, you can't even keep your own falsehoods straight.
YOU'RE the "shidhead", your term, YOU used it first. The REAL "shidhead" component is that you posted it on here for the entire world to see, talking about a high school athlete.
"The shidheads are in Ontario"?? You're consumed by hate because of one loss to Ontario keeping Clear Fork from its first League Title in basketball in 15 years? Which is really not that big of a deal, seeing that until 1-1 this past year Clear Fork has only beat Ontario once since 2001-02.

Your coach told mine in a room of maybe 600 people at the time. I heard it. Don't ever ASSUME. It can make you look like an AZZ. It is your coach's term, he used it. Hate, because of a game? I enjoy all high school events because I support the kids. league titles mean nothing to me.

Rumor is that all three are at Mansfield. Another bad rumor.

Ontario only lost 2 Seniors, not 3-4. One starter and one that came off the bench, who was the 8th player in the 8 player rotation. They return 4 starters and 6 of the 8 in the rotation last year. They return their leading scorer, a Freshman and the #2 rebounder in the MOAC. Houle will be available for the entire season. They'll have a 20 point scorer from the JV team, a Freshman last year, the best 3-point shooter in the school. They'll have decent size with 8 players between 6-4 and 6-2. They'll be a young team again next year, as there will only be one Senior of significance. Did Houle and Harris go to Mansfield along with Todd? If so that would be 4 of their top 8. Who told you that? Another conspiracy theory.

What kind of a "room" has 600 people in it that included you, your coach and Balogh? I can't assume anything when I read your posts. First you tell us that your coach told you, then you tell us you heard it from Balogh himself. Now you say you were one of 600 people in a room when you heard it. We can't believe anything you say when you have 3 different stories of what happened. NO ONE would want you as a witness. The other lesson to be learned here is, only amoral people with your poor judgement tell negative stories about teenagers on here for the world to see. That IS NOT "supporting kids". Or is the TRUTH, that you only support some kids? Yet another of the many immature teenager untruths from you.

Holy hell Fillmore, are you really this stupid or are you just being intentionally obtuse?
At no point in time did ohioraised claim that his coach told him. YOU invented that part with your asinine decision to assume that was the only way it could have possibly happened":
The claims ohioraised has made are:
"Your coach told our coach" "Your coach said it right on the sideline in from the the seats. I heard it straight from him" "Your coach told mine in a room of maybe 600 people at the time. I heard it."
Those things can all be true at the same time. I mean, it should be pretty obvious that ohioraised is claiming to have overheard a conversation that took place between the 2 coaches in whichever gym the game took place.

Holy hell, BB I know you're not that "stupid".
ohioraised's FIRST statement was, "your coach told our coach". I asked myself, then how did ohioraised know? Remember this was BEFORE his second completely different statement. What was he trying to hide?
His 2nd statement started with, "Your coach said it right on the sideline in from the seats" What does "in from the seats" mean? The end of the second statement was "I heard it straight from him". Not true, according to his first statement it was a conversation between between 2 coaches PERIOD. EVERY TIME that I've "heard it straight" from someone, I was having a one on one conversation with an individual, not "in from the stands".
His 3rd statement was "Your coach told my coach in a room of maybe 600 people at the time. I heard it." That is the first time I have EVER heard an individual that knew anything about basketball call a gym a "room". A very evasive choice of words...WHY??
He went from "your coach told my coach" very generic....to...."I heard it straight from him".
I am CERTAIN neither coach wanted their conversation posted on here, the real "stupid" part.
You want to align yourself with the biggest nightmare any attorney could have?
BTW, if you've ever been in the O'rena you would know it would be nigh onto impossible to hear anything "in from the stands" since it is 10 feet from the count to the first row of the bleachers(not stands), let alone "in from the stands". UNLESS those 2 coaches were yelling at each other in a "room" of 600 people.

That would be a VERY BAD source. As you know, at this point his only experience at Ontario is that of an elementary school teacher. I REALLY "heard it straight from" Joe Balogh, Houle did not transfer to Mansfield Senior.

Any more talk about who will replace BV when the MOAC drops to 7 teams?

I know Madison wants out of the OCC badly. I haven't heard anything about them and the MOAC yet. I still believe that eventually it will be Highland. With that huge UPS distribution center going in there at 61 and 71 they are only going to get even bigger than they are.

I know Madison wants out of the OCC badly. What makes you say that? I know about their talks with the SBC that fizzled.

Without revealing any sources let's just say that they must want out pretty badly to even consider making multiple trips a year up lake Erie in all sports.

With some of the separation talks going on in the OCC a while back that did not include them, they had fear they would be left out in the cold and would have to go independent. When they made an effort to contact the SBC, some OCC schools reassured them they were not going anywhere. Madison was accepted to the SBC but chose not to join as they prefer the OCC. This is coming from the person who made the initial contact with the SBC.

So I guess the million dollar question is when Mt Vernon bails to a conference closer to home will Madison be content with allowing Dover and NP to join or will they look elsewhere again.

The million dollar question you can answer is who would Mt Vernon bail with? Their super is a local guy loves being in the OCC as the coaches do.

You know as well as anyone how fluid the conferences are anymore. A couple of AD's start talking and the next thing you know there's a new conference. Just because a better situation isn't there now doesn't mean one won't develop in a year or 2.

Post by dude on Aug 2, 2018 17:17:22 GMT -5
I agree with you in part, but with the OCC the supers and principals are a little more involved than most leagues and a few of them have local connections and want to keep it that way. But if you are talking 2 years from now, you're on your own. All they can deal with is right now and for right now most of the OCC schools are committed to each other.

Any more talk about who will replace BV when the MOAC drops to 7 teams? My guess would be they’re staying at 7 for the time being since they’re talking on the football forums about non conference games after week 3 involving MOAC schools.

I did hear some things about two leagues using each other to fill the needed football games but I think that is dead at this time.

Who feels the addition of Shelby makes an immediate impact on this league? Shelby has a good overall athletic program, but might not ever see another football team the caliber of last years. After this year boys basketball will fall off some.

You could be right. We have played them in the past but it was in a preseason game and never watched how they did after that other than scores. They do have a good record about every year.

Shelby will be a nice fit for the MOAC. It'll remind me of the old days in the NOL with Galion and Shelby playing each other every year. It also reminds me of the old cheer that I used to hear at various NOL sporting events back many years ago...…… "Shelby, Shelby, you are IT; SH for Shelby and IT for It !" Sorry...…….I couldn't help it. Ah, memories ! ! !
