Lexington and Lima Shawnee are playing for a Regional Title and have a distance of roughly 100 miles between them. But the OHSAA chose a location for this game that is 100 miles from Shawnee and 75 miles from Lexington. Where did they play it?

Does the OHSAA have a turf requirement for neutral site games in the soccer tournaments?
Would seem a bit counterintuitive to soccer fans, as grass is the much prefered surface over turf for that sport, though I could seem them being worried about the conditions of a grass field at this level and time of the year.

Lexington's run ends in State Semis last night losing to Howalnd 3-2. I was told before the game that Howland had only given up 7 goals on the season.

Lexington had already beaten Ontario. I know Lexington wants to be in the MOAC, but they aren't. They're wins and losses have no affect on MOAC titles.

I want Lexington in the MOAC, but they aren't. Your feelings about them have no affect on them beating the undefeated MOAC champion this week.

Your "feelings" have no bearing on Clear Fork being MOAC CO-champions.

My feelings do not matter for any MOAC champion but Clear Fork boys were the only undefeated MOAC champion this soccer season when Lexington played them.

Both CO-champions were undefeated in the MOAC. Clear Fork boys first title(shared) in their soccer program history. Their draw with Ontario was their closest to a win in history. Congratulations due.
Let me know when they schedule soccer powers like Shawnee, Granville, Howland, Chagrin Falls, St. Mary's Memorial and Bay.

Clear Fork defeated Galion tonight 4-1 in sectional play. Clear Fork moves on to play Norwalk on Thursday @ 5pm. Galion finished the season with 9 wins, great improvement with 17 wins in the last two seasons. Now Galion needs to take the next step and schedule teams so they don't have to play the same team twice, this year they played Highland, Harding and River Valley twice. I don't know if no teams have open dates but I think they need to play other teams to gain that experience so they could win that first tournament win.

In other local tournament games, the #2 Ontario won 12-0 over #9 Columbian. The #1 seeded Lexington beat #10 Clyde by a score of 13-0.

The vast majority of soccer players can't or don't want to be football players. Also, I've never seem O-line or D-line types playing soccer. Jake, you must have some interest in soccer for quoting a post from 3 years ago.

Lex and Ontario tie 0-0.
A great defensive game plan by Lex coach and execution led to the tie. You could see the frustration of the Ontario players in the 2nd half. Their coach needs to address this issue.
Ontario scored a goal from the top of the 18 on a free kick, but it was called off due to an Ontario player cutting in front of the Lex 3 player wall. It did not interfere with the kick as it was a rocket to the right of the wall, the player coming from the left. On the Ontario coach for not making his players aware of this rule.
