since this is a "district" matter though, ohsaa has no say about it..its up to the district..
True the final call is made the District Board but they are a sub-group of OHSAA and therefore it would be safe to say their decision is OHSAA made. But you are correct that each district can be different. I could change a word or two in my answer but the meaning would still be the same. The advantage given is not enough to not allow it. the choice of site is based more on condition, fan experience and of course location.
