I see the Branco Pizza House in Bellevue closed down did anyone like it ? Hate to see these place close down. I liked it. They had the same pizza recipe as Pizza House West at the same location, which I'm told is the same recipe from Don's Pizza that used to be on Kilbourne in Bellevue back in the day (where CVS is now) As for what might be moving in there, I think I heard somewhere that Little Italy might eventually relocate there.

Couple of places down south near Dayton that we’ve tried over the years while visiting family there. Cassano's Pizza King in Carlisle, A & G Pizza House in Franklin, UNO Pizzeria in Dayton , and Pisanello's Pizza in Franklin. The first three were ok none near as good as the Pisanello's in Franklin one of my all-time favorites. Not sure why but that location is much better than the ones up north. Lots of paces down in the Dayton area to try.

Anyone tried Sheetz Pizza ? It’s a Gas station/Convenience Store chain with a small pizza restaurant inside. They are out of Pennsylvania and have worked their way west into Ohio. Not a great loss if you haven’t just another cheap Little Caesars type pizza. But better than the dried out garbage Hunt Brother pizza you find at gas stations around here.

I tried a Sheetz Pizza in Winchester, Virginia a couple years ago and it wasn't too bad. Along those lines, the WaWa gas stations popping up everywhere, here in Florida, have a really good pizza.

On the topic of gas station pizza, while still in Indiana on my way back from the Big Ten Championship I saw a Casey's General Store, which I had heard somewhere had pretty decent pizza. So I tried a slice from the self serve warmer, and through it was pretty meh. Though I wish I would have tried ordering a full pie to see what it was like fresh out of the oven.

As far as gas-station pizza goes, I always had the best luck with Simple Simon's Pizza. Hunt Brothers is like eating cardboard & ketchup.

Domino's says it sells 3 million pizzas a day.
That’s a lot of diarrhea.

Happy Birthday to the Y2K Bug you turn 20 years old tonight.
Just think next year you'll be 21 and can buy your own alcohol at the New Year’s eve afterparty.
Hope all has a great 2020

Just wondered how many people think pizza is their favorite food. It’s definitely one of is mine. Pizza used to be my #1, but in recent years, it has been dethroned by the steak fajitas at Casa Bravos in Norwalk. I think those are probably a little healthier as well.

Looks like we can take Galion off the list for having the best pizza place in this part of Ohio. A friend and I took the challenge to Galion this past weekend and tried Tubby’s Pizza and M&S Carry Out Pizza, neither were anything special. M&S was slightly better Sauce than Tubby’s but I would not go back for either. Also saw that Payne’s Pizza downtown had closed, that’s not surprising ate there last year and it was not that good. I saw there is a Payne's Pizza in Delaware Ohio, any connection to the old Galion location?

Going to be in Delaware coming up, thought about trying one of the local pizzas there. Probably MOHIO Pizza, Del-Co Drive Thru Pizza, or Hungry Howie's any one have thoughts on the best one.

A buddy and I went to the gun show in Medina today. For lunch we stopped at Guys Pizza just down from the fairgrounds and tried it out.
it's just another average pizza nothing special but not terrible either. Glad I tried it but in Medina it's not near as good as the Courthouse Pizzeria.

Well got to say I made a bad pick. We went to MOHIO Pizza this afternoon on a scale 1-10 I would rank it below 2. Did not like the pizza or the whole vibe of the restaurant maybe if you were a young hipster you would like it. Most all the seating was on those high tables with hard metal stools no back no padding. I don't have enough padding on my rear end for seats like that. Hippy music playing wouldn't be surprised to see the place selling cbd some day soon. Pizza was bland small pepperoni with no flavor just not much good I can say.

We had a group of 4 go to Freighthouse in Norwalk Friday. We went for sandwiches but decided to split a wood fired pizza as an appetizer. Sandwiches and fries were very good, pizza was a big miss. We had most of it left over and didn't bother to take it home for leftovers. Not worth the effort of carrying it out to the car.

I think we should use that posting about a place I will from here out. May add it to some of my old postings if I get board one day.

Tried Mr Pizza in Mt Vernon got to say it's a Great pizza, really good sauce. This may be a top 5 pizza.
At least a 9 on the 1-10 scale. Small spot doesn't open till five it does have a dine in area maybe 5-6 booths. Well worth the stop.

Lots of other good places downtown in Delaware through, Amatos' woodfired pizza is probably the best place for Pizza in Delaware Downtown. Best Pizza Place in Delaware is Shorty's Pizza (across from the Hospital). Second Place would be Gabby's Place ( a little south of town, off 315 near the 23 intersection, awesome stomboli's). Delco is pretty good for a Drive Thru. My Personal Pizza rankings for Delaware Pizza: 1. Shorty's (http://shortysdelaware.com/) 2. Gabby's Place (https://www.gabbysplacedelaware.com/) 3. Amato's (https://www.amatoswoodfiredpizza.com/) 4. The Scoreboard (https://www.scoreboardpubngrill.com/) 5. Delco-Drive Thru 6. Insert chain here 7. make your own 8. MOHIO

Anybody familiar with Barstool Sports? Their founder does 1-4 pizza reviews a week. You can find it on YouTube by searching "barstool pizza review." They are primarily centered around the New York area, but if the reviewer (Dave Portnoy) ever travels you'll find him doing reviews in other cities. At the very least, it can sometimes be entertaining.

He’s reviewed a couple spots in Columbus. From him personally he says New Haven, Connecticut has the best pie
