I will cast my vote but first I wanna watch you 2 work and judge you. that is if you are capable of work You need to stop pretending that NFL and college head coaches are volunteers who just donate their time. These people actively interviewed for and sought out their positions under the guise that they were competent to coach and run a team at that level. Hue certainly hasn't had a problem cashing his checks. This is his 3rd season as head coach. In the NFL that is plenty of time to turn over a team's roster and mold it to your system. In 3 years you can fully implement a system in high school(something that you allegedly should know). Still, Hue is staring down the barrel at possibly a 3 win season(that's 1 million bucks per win for those of you keeping score at home). Facts are facts, it's not bashing to point out the results.

I made my feelings known yesterday; he blows chunks. He should feel privileged to be coaching this year's squad. Rob Chudzinski thought it was weird Hue got another crack

Didn’t use a single timeout at the end of the half, but it’s because they “don’t have 1st round draft picks” that they still lose

Didn't throw a challenge flag on the horrendous spot right before half too. I don't know if the NFL has a under 2 minutes before half rule but it doesn't matter if they have one or not. You throw the flag and make sure the crew knows they need to check something out.

Steelers needed all the time they had to score. Cleveland calls time outs it makes it easier for the Steelers. If the Steelers had excess time they would have taken more time between plays. The best thing Cleveland could have done is just let them score with a couple minutes on the clock. Even with that what's the odds the Browns would have scored before the half? Especially with another poor field goal kicker?

Ignorant players equal one of the most penalized teams and the most squandered opportunities in the league.

This could be the 4th game the Browns could have won this year if they had an average kicker.

If you're speaking of Hue, you are not knowledgeable. He is nothing more than a figure head, head coach. He was only allowed to stay on as head coach if he gave up play calling and allowed the O-coordinator and D-coordinator to have more power than he has. AGAIN, new GM John Dorsey is running the show.

They do have the under 2 minute rule. And if you throw the red flag you get penalized for it and the play is no longer reviewable. This happened in a Lions game on Thanksgiving a few years ago, allowing a terribly bad call on the field to stand. edit: Nevermind, what I was thinking of was a red flag thrown on an automatically reviewed play (turnover), and they changed the rule the next year to remove the part about the play no longer being reviewable. Not sure exactly what the rules are regarding penalties for throwing the red flag under the two minute warning, but replay is supposed to only be booth initiated at that point in the game.

Oh I didn’t relalize you were on the staff/front office. You should be fired as well then Not staff/front office, just well read. After this year the amount of money it will cost to fire Hue will be palatable for Haslam. Dorsey deserves to have his own head coach, but that wasn't part of the deal when he was hired. When Dorsey was hired, he said there are only 28 NFL GM jobs and he liked the fact that the Browns had a bunch of extra picks for him to work with and plenty of money for free agents. Dorsey knew he wouldn't win this year with or without Hue. He has his coordinators in place. You and Dorsey will get your wish after this season. I have learned not to think like a fan in these matters. In the case of the Browns, think like a tight owner that has already had to pay off 3 head coaches. In your case think like you do when you buy a new car and how much you get for your trade in.

Hoss even you can understand whayI am getting ready to share. Please look at the Dallas Cowboys drafts when Jimmy Johnson was coach 2 Super Bowls then look at his Dolphins drafts. I guess the flight from Dallas something happened he became a avg to poor coach. You are like the rest of the world you want instant success. Six weeks ago Tomlin according to the press was a bad coach and he had lost control of the team. Again Wow
