Noon on FOX
Ohio State leads the all time series 31-14. MSU has won 3 times in the past 7 matchups, though OSU hasn't lost at East Lansing since 1999.

I picked the Buckeyes; seem to do well in East Lansing, and they are due for a breakout game.

The Buckeyes are not lacking talent on defense, they are very green at a number of positions and have been under-coached IMO. Urban Meyer has never been a micro-manager, relegating his position coaches to do their thing. Without a doubt, he is getting very involved with the defense and jacking up his coaches in the process. He is not a happy camper and I fully expect some shake-ups and coaching changes on that side of the ball, in the off season. As far as improvement, I'll hold judgement and comments till after the MSU game.

A handoff on first carry of the game was very predictable. Haskins continues to be very slow on his reads and the clock runs out. Another unecessary time out.
Defense is playing consistent and in position so far.

Sparty’s offense is putrid. They’ve actually regressed since Michigan played them.

The MSU QB is as much of a stiff as Haskins.

I’m tired of watching Isaiah Prince OSU doesn't even call downfield plays anymore because he can't block long enough to throw one. Feels like every route a WR runs now is 5 yards or less and if they dare call a pass longer than 5 yards it's a sack because the O-Line can't block over 0.5 seconds.

Hopefully we’ll have a new O-line coach next year. I remember when we hired Studrawa from LSU, everyone was questioning it.

Well the coaches are trying. They just pulled the LG over to the right to block the end, he didn't get there in time so it was a sack, but it's obvious the coaches know how much help Prince needs.
And Haskins needs to stop attacking #2 for MSU. That guy is too good to be attacked. Attack a different DB.

Stud sucks, everyone was saying it when Urban hired him and we’re seeing it every week. Although you are right that if probably won’t happen because I don’t think urban likes to make a decision like that. I’d like to see maybe see some of these younger guys, give them a chance, can’t be worse than Prince.

Urban needs to remind himself of what he did at Florida in 2006. Chris Leak throws it, Tim Tebow comes in for short yardage 2018 he has Haskins the thrower and Martell an unbelievable runner.
Why has it taken this long to try this? Hard headed?

The MSU QB is as much of a stiff as Haskins. the only unit on the entire OSU roster that is exceeding expectations this year is the QBs every other group has failed to reach expectations, and some like OL and LB have been downright embarrassing i would def think about using Martell like Tebow was used his freshman year and it was good to see Urban do this (altho i would have left Martell in and hammer balled it a few more times)...the fact that he doesn't makes me curious why

Poor choice of words, just thinking both look like a statue in the pocket.

I love the Martell move by Urban. Absolutely reeks of late season desperation. When I say that it’s because I’m a Michigan fan and I know exactly what the stench of desperation smells like. It’s all over the Buckeyes right now.

OSU is 8-1 and putting Martell in down by the endzone is what everyone has been calling for since week 1. It's about time. Desperation is Michigan sitting at 4-5 and making moves. We've seen a lot of that over the past decade.
