This is a Thursday night game.
Shelby won last year 20-6.

Interested to see if this brings a big crowd since it's Thursday.

It's certainly not going to attract fewer fans because it's on Thursday. I'd expect it to be SRO by kickoff.

I wasn't saying it will "attract" more or less fans, but I was wondering if people who work off shifts or early morning jobs would still be interested in attending. I may be one that does show up.

Shelby won by 2 tds last year and they should be better this year and you are saying Madison is worse.

Madison by 3 TDs Look for Tyrell Ajian (UK commit)to score 3 TD's himself.

Having scrimmaged both of these teams I can tell you that is very unlikely.

You have to remember galion that your team played Madison in a controlled practice . You guys played Shelby in a game like conditions. That being said I see Shelby winning by 2 tds but we will see. If Madison comes out and has a really good offensive game I can see this game being very close. There's no doubt in my mind that Madison has the better receivers , Shelby has the better qb rb line .

When I coached I never cared who had the better receivers. I always worried about who had the better team. IN this game I think it is Shelby. Every year this is a tough game to predict, but on paper Shelby is more than 2 tds better.

The closer we get to this game the more I hear Madison could get beat by more and more. The latest is the possibility of a 4 td margin in favor of Shelby.

I don't know about that...I would assume Shelby will score points, but the defense has a bunch of new starters and kids getting shuffled to new positions. They looked vastly improved at the Galion scrimmage but I suspect Galion isn't that good. Ajian alone should keep it closer than 4 TD...assuming they give him the ball this year more than the 12-14 touches (guessing but has to be close) he had all of last years game...I am looking for a good game and hoping the rain holds off (or is a light drizzle and not the severe thunderstorms/damaging winds they were projecting)...everytime I check the weather forecast it is different. Earlier this morning the rain looked imminent, 2 hours ago is was down to 40-50% between 5-9, now nothing more than 25% percent...

Madison by 3 TDs Look for Tyrell Ajian (UK commit)to score 3 TD's himself. If I have SEC skilled player, I am getting him atleast 15 touches (kick/punt returns, reverses, quicks).

They will not lose by 4 tds . I as a Madison fan will say Shelby wins this game but not by 4 tds. Madison's secondary should be very good some I don't see Shelby doing to much damage throwing the ball. Shelby will do most there damage running the ball

If he's the most skilled player in this area and if Madison has a decent O-line, start him at tailback and get him 25 touches.

No issues. Team expectations with some are not as high as others.

Who has the low expectations? Coaches or players? If Hudson is any example it' s not the fans.

Some Madison people. Just like every team has doubters and dream wagon jumpers.
