Sadly tiffin is gettin no points from any of these first five teams. They will have to run the table just to make the playoffs

why did vermilion agree to another contract here? baffles me, but yeah tiffin non league this year has not been good, especially with Fremont being awful and Ashland not being very good, if those two teams are their usual self, then its not so bad on a non league schedule.

The playoff standings mean nothing right now. Yes those early wins are giving no points now but by the end of the season the Toledo teams as well as Ashland will provide some points when they get to league play (Fremont and Vermilion won’t provide many even by the end of the year). All that matters is the points at the end of week 10.

I think for Sandusky and Tiffin both 7-3 will be the bare minimum for a berth this year due to the lackluster non-league schedules.

I have a feeling TC will be 5-0, but out of top 8 after this week. I haven't studied the numbers fully, but 8-2 may not be good enough for home playoff game.

why did vermilion agree to another contract here? baffles me It was probably just easier to do that than trying to find a suitable opponent that actually has an opening in week 5.

Correct, same thing I said - that any of the Lake teams should get in with a few losses. The guy above said that TC will need to go undefeated just to get in the playoffs which is incorrect. And yes after I typed that I remembered that Sandy was 6-4 last year because I remembered they had one league win.

Contracts are almost always two years (home and home). Was this the second year? If not, I’d be curious why Vermilion signed up for an extra year of another beat down.

Good news for TC; Ashland defeated previously unbeaten Mt. Vernon.
