Media members vote and give a team they think will finish 1st 8 points and the team they think will finish last will only get one point. The higher the points the higher the team will finish in the standings according to the media.

Pretty big question marks on how NL, Ply, and Map will do this year, as always with new coaches. AC could surprise as well. Heard the same rumor about WR. First day of practice after week off would have been yesterday. Any word if everyone showed up?

Western reserves JJ Weisenberger fractured his ankle yesterday against Firelands in their home opener. Not good news for them but I’m sure they have replacements. Will this change anything for westerns conference hopes?

Didn't he break his wrist last year, man he has had some bad luck. Yes, I watched him break it at South Central in that huge game. He landed on it, I believe.

Sorry I’m late, but better late than never. This looks like a fun year for the conference after a regional run by South central and Western bringing everyone back these 2 teams are headed for the crown. I wouldn’t count out St. Paul either but any team besides that is a toss up for 4th place to last. There are some exciting players and Duos from a lot of teams that I’m looking forward to watch this season obviously South centrals Lameroux and Blair are a lethal duo enough said, westerns Luke Rowlinson and Johnny Skrada are going to be very good under coach Sheldon and the Winslow twins of St. Paul will look to carry the load as they try to build on their very solid Freshman and sophmore seasons. Isaac Roeder isn’t working with much at Monroeville but if I had to give him someone it would be Mason Tonelli who has a smooth shot. Very exciting year for the conference and I’m looking forward to watch it unfold. Give me your list of guys that you think will make the 1st team list this year. I think the POY is a given.

It will be interesting to see how the flyers open up with a league game against Monroeville and then play a seemingly good St. Joe team the next day. High hopes for the flyers as it should be a battle for the first spot between SC Western and St. Paul for the top spot
