45-7 in last 3 1:2 quarters for Norwalk... Slow starts seems to be an issue for the Truckers

A few thoughts:
First, let's hope the Bellevue players injured get well soon and get on the field of play in the near future.
I will say, and not surprising on Homecoming Night against a quality opponent, Bellevue came out fired up while Norwalk seemed flat. I honestly thought Truckers were in trouble when they fell behind 14-0. But, as Portwalk stated, Norwalk went on a 45-7 blitz in the last 3 and 1/2 quarters. Bellevue is a quality opponent. That just blows my mind.
Last year, I felt Norwalk was a physical team especially on defense. I didn't see much of this year until last night; Trucker D were delivering some hits. To Bellevue's credit, they had some nice hits as well.
Finally, I was a bit shocked Bellevue took a knee with a minute left. I've never known to see Coach N concede defeat to anything. Perhaps it was due to losing some players already, and the outcome was sealed.

Another thought; I totally respect the Bellevue Coaching Staff, but I felt Marshall was under-utilized last night. We were wondering why Bellevue wasn't throwing more his way.

I thought the same thing but if u were there you’d see that the truckers played him aggressively playing press man coverage at the line vs him. I think it was smart getting physical with him though Caleb showed he could beat it. Had that miscue between him and Keegan in the second quarter that resulted in a pick. My only complaint and has been the same all year is though we have some better talent imo in the secondary this year we play WAY to soft in coverage. 7+ yards cushion and your first move is back peddling.. allows a lot of underneath throws which is simple pitch and catch for a QB who can be accurate.

It would have been interesting if Bellevue had all it's injured and suspended players.
I think Norwalk was the better team anyway.
Why did Norwalk fake a punt in the 1st quarter, giving Bellevue a short field and the opportunity to go ahead 14-0? Did Norwalk really believe they were the underdog?

Coach Fox likes to get aggressive and use the element of surprise from time to time. If the receiver catches it, it was a great call.
