Vogel rankings have always been impressive.
Two questions: 1) Are you still tweaking the formula? 2) Which criteria is the biggest factor that makes Oklahoma so much lower than the other three?

The rankings above are a new tweak I'm doing this year. For the first 10 games played a portion of last years rating is factored in and it's slowly phased out until 10 games are played, then only 2019 games are in the formula. <-- Doing this helps with outlier Mid-Major programs that might have a nice 4 game start but aren't really the 10th best team but maybe 25th. For example 6-0 SMU is 27th in my rankings, without this adjustment they'd be 17th. Doing this I'm more willing to post my rankings earlier in the season, normally I wait a little longer for enough games to get played to get a more accurate rating.
Oklahoma is 10th right now because of their weak schedule 5 games in (ranked 122 out of 130 as of right now in my formula) but they are very close rating wise to being top 5. They play 7 quality teams to finish out the season so their SOS will catch up in a couple weeks.
102.93 (6-0) Ohio St 97.46 (5-0) Alabama 96.89 (5-0) Clemson 92.67 (5-0) Georgia 90.14 (5-0) Wisconsin 89.78 (5-0) LSU 89.36 (5-1) Auburn 89.22 (4-1) Notre Dame 89.18 (5-0) Penn State 87.90 (5-0) Oklahoma 87.63 (6-0) Florida 86.36 (4-1) Michigan 83.79 (5-0) Boise State 82.85 (4-1) Oregon 82.75 (4-1) Iowa
