After listening to this game on the radio...was SHS outcoached? After halftime Clyde seemed to make major adjustments while Shelby had nothing going for it. 21-7 at halftime and your ponding them... What would you say as a coach to change things up ?? Other than Keep what your doing keep the mistakes from happening and keep ponding .. And we have this !!

Shelby never really stopped Clyde the entire game, I think Clyde only punted once.

For whatever reason, Ryan Carter is underestimated sometimes with his ability to make adjustments at halftime. I would take him to outcoach most.
I know the score dictated it a bit, but Fisher had just five carries in the second half. Shelby had five yards of offense on nine plays in the third quarter.

Clyde under Carter have been very good at making halftime adjustments. He's made the playoffs every year in his tenure there. Very solid coach.

I think the whole Clyde coaching staff deserves a lot of credit. The defensive line was questionable coming into the season, and they have plugged in 3 sophomores to go along with their 2 seniors and have done very well. Defensively the staff has done a great job making adjustments at halftime against two running quarterbacks which Clyde tends to struggle with. They also shut down Bellevue QB in week 10. Offensively getting the ball into Rieman's hands as much as possible and then using clock with Golden and Lozier. You can tell the team has bought in and are playing for each other.

This Div IV is good for Bellevue and Clyde by not running into Central Catholic or Trotwood .. I like their chances better at trying to reach Regional Championship and possibly making a Run a State title in div IV rather than div III ... Sure this Region IV can now be won by an SBC lake or Bay but Bellevue and clyde have played some tough battles in their conferences and their past Divisions .. I do believe Clyde has faced Ottawa Glandorf before so this will be their 2 time that they have met each other.. The winner of this game/region 14 will see the winner of region 13 15 or 16 Region 13 has Perry vs Poland semenary .. 15 has Newark licking valley vs Carroll bloom-Carroll and 16 has Cincinnati Wyoming vs Germantown valley view ...

Should at least be their third meeting. There was a home and home in the early/mid 2000s. I believe Clyde won both games.

Hearing a lot of good things about the Soph class at Clyde
