Need more kids to move in. That is really a big difference in the last 2 seasons. Not really, you're reading comprehension is weak. But we certainly would welcome a few more Devon's in the community. That's one of the 2 that made a difference. Best of Luck this season. I may make the trip over tomorrow.

Lets take one year at a time. There are a few kids in the lower grades that are decent but somehow a lot of kids weed out before high school. They will need to find a new identity next year. Next year, returning 3 of 5 starters, 4 of top 6, 6 of top 8. Losing 2 seniors which are our top 2 scorers, so scoring points may be an issue, but I think we'll be fine. A long ways away and we've got this season to enjoy. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I was told the Willard JV team looks like 8th graders.

I like to have enjoyable talks with almost everyone. But I do always try to be honest. Even if it does upset a few along the way.

By the looks of this thread, Willard is the best team in the country. Huron will have no chance. Willard has a very impressive resume, including a win against a great Norwalk team, who just lost by 26 to Sandusky, who was without by far the best player in the conference for half of the game. But Huron stands no chance against this power house. You Willard clowns are out of your mind. You spend all day wanking each other off to 2004 Willard highlights. Huron will be no slouch, and will be by far the best team the dumpy Flashes have played all year. Willard will struggle against Huron’s pressure. Huron can score with Willard and has decent size to combat the rail thin center from Willard, who will be pushed around in this game. I predict my Tigers to win by 10+ and I will be back to run my mouth. I will be in attendance and would love nothing more than to kick Dude in the chops.
Go Tigers

When a student does not attend a high school one year and then attends a high school the next year it is called a transfer regardless of the reasons for the change. OHSAA is involved with all of them. No stirring to be done. Just the facts.

An OHSAA Bylaw used to say if you left Ohio to attend a private school, then came back to a school in Ohio, you had to sit out a year.

I am very confident we are better than Huron....atleast 15 points better.....and we'll find out Saturday nite.

Prep Hoops Ohio has Willard ranked #6 in D3. O-G is #3, Worthington Christian #4, Evergreen #7, Cardinal Stritch #8, and Harvest Prep #10.

Prep Hoops Ohio has Willard ranked #6 in D3. O-G is #3, Worthington Christian #4, Evergreen #7, Cardinal Stritch #8, and Harvest Prep #10. Harvest Prep has 2 losses to good teams from Ky and that factors in. If they would play Willard's schedule they would possibly be #1. But this could also be said for OG, or Worthington Christ who has 2 losses to Thurgood Marshall and Grandview. Many Columbus area schools understand the pleasures of the ranking but know the value of a good schedule so they will typically have a few losses.

MaxPrep's ranking system is not driven by record, reputation, previous years success, or word of mouth. If the schools you mentioned played Willards schedule, they would have Willards ranking. MaxPreps ranking system is computer driven taking into consideration who each team has played/beaten, size of schools, 2nd and 3rd level victories much like the state high school football rankings are calculated, literally evaluating hundreds of data points for each school. Keep stirring away. You're so damn predictable.

Maxpreps uses records and is unreliable because some schools do not submit records or even correct schedules. Good example is they have OG at 10-0 and they have only played 9 games.

I was merely pointing out your misrepresentation of how the rankings would be different if OG and others had played Willards schedule. Another feeble attempt by you to slam Willard. I've never referenced Willard's MaxPrep ranking in any of my posts. In fact, I agree with you that most (if not all) rankings are good for conversation and debate but serve little purpose elsewise. I find it laughable that you continue to post negative comments on Willard topics, but characterize yourself as open minded and factually driven. When, in fact, your hatred/jealousy of the Flashes oozes from every letter you type. I'm guessing a few decades ago Willard beat up on your high school team pretty good and you haven't recovered. Have a wonderful day.

I've been following OG on the Davey1 site. They look like the real deal. Tough schedule and hammering everyone they play. I'm expecting top 1,2 or 3 for them in the first AP poll.
