Norwalk wins. Upper barely has a roster left, Then next week half of Sandusky's roster becomes ill and Norwalk wins that one too. Sounds about right.

Lol, I think whoever wins between Rogers and Sandusky will have no problem with upper or Norwalk but anything can happen in tournament time . However, lake bracket plays north ridgeville in regionals at bg, so I think it will be Parma heights holy name or Cleveland central catholic.

If Norwalk is fortunate enough to beat Upper they will have beaten the #1,2 & 3 seeds in the District, including 2 league champions that will have had a cumulative record of 57-10 prior to playing them. But I understand it is all about circumstances...

Actually Upper getting to this point is probably about as unlikely as it gets. How many guys have they lost from their top 8? Winslow and his staff did a heck of a job managing curve balls.

Norwalk and Upper. Two North Central Ohio schools that probably understand the bright lights of tournament basketball more than anyone in the last 15 years.
Should be a doozy. And, as Portwalk mentioned, Norwalk has the opportunity to knock off top 3 seeds.

Upper has great defense, size, and shooters. They are playing well right now on both ends, I think upper wins Saturday, but it’s not unlikely Norwalk could win this game to, could go either way

I'm going with Norwalk, Jeff seems to have a hard time winning big games, Should've lost to Mansfield. But, He has done an amazing job being short handed.

Shawnee is rolling at this point not sure anyone in the Region really challenges them. I know rankings mean nothing but I agree #1 in D2

However this is unchartered waters for Uppers staff and this team. In fact the experience that Uppers players and staff has is underachieving in the tournament...

I’m just shocked Upper managed to get to the district final with that “weak” schedule of theirs. If Upper wins I’m sure it will be due to the district also being “weak” or something to that nature.

Uppers schedule is incredibly weak and that fact has not caught up to them yet. (As it has many years prior) The district was/is pretty weak look at the finals in Lake District for comparison. However great job focusing the troops to get to this point. Even with the limited roster they are still probably favored or a toss up...

Both “incredibly weak scheduled” N10 teams are playing for District Championship. Colonel Crawford in D3 and Upper Sandusky in D2. Ironically both teams are up a Division (Upper only by 1 boy & Crawford by a few boys) from last season where both again played in their Districts championship game.

How can Crawford be up "by a few", there aren't 5 divisions in basketball.

Two decent teams in D3, D4 league does not make it strong not to mention some really BAD teams. Not great preparation for a D2 tournament run... Ask Upper of the last decade

Upper sold out of its allotment of adult presale tickets, but that is misleading because each team was given only 250 of each type of ticket.

Coach Foster may have more experience than anyone in the entire district. Head coach, JV coach & assistants plus Foster been together more than a decade... But Coach Foster is the one with the most impressive resume. The other assistants do not come anywhere close.

Since Winslow came to Upper 13-14 season
Upper regular season record 128-25 Norwalk regular season record 96-58
Upper tournament record 8-6 Norwalk tournament record 19-5
Upper District titles 0 Norwalk District titles 2
Norwalk Regional titles 1
Norwalk State Titles 1
Norwalk had as many tournament wins 8 in 2014 as Upper has in 7 years under Winslow

Portwalk, I think you omitted this year's records: since 14, I have Upper Sandusky at 136-32. Norwalk is 114-63.
