heard about this couple weeks ago...kinda surprised they're going no - experience as far as coaching,, but she knows the game,,and can play it with the best of them..

Interesting hire. No coaching experience. Only 4 years older than some of the girls she will be coaching.
She will be respected because of how good a player she was/is, but coaching is a different animal. Hoping she can make the best of it! Could turn out to be a great hire....

Ashland girls hoops hasn't seen great success going with coaches with experience. Why not think out side the box?
