Perkins for years and specifically football have too many voices and opinions going on with what and how the program should run. My prime example.... the firing of Rock Farlow, how do you fire a guy who went to the playoffs in 2003, then fire him in 2004, after a bad year? Hopefully Santoro has the opportunity to run the program his way without outside heat and can creat consistent success. Is that you Coach Santoro?

Is that you Coach Santoro? I can assure you it's not. sorry was going for more sarcasm than anything... but... to his point, it seems from what I hear... that it may not be much different in Pirate country this year or at least that is the prevailing feeling amongst people in the district who follow the football program

Sometimes people close to the program are the ones who either shouldn’t be talking or don’t know what they’re taking about.

Sometimes people close to the program are the ones who either shouldn’t be talking or don’t know what they’re taking about. yeah, but we all know they do for a variety of reasons. One just has to put the common threads together to see if there is any truth The Lake should be competitive this year top to bottom! Hopefully we get to see it!

For the time being, it looks like Bellevue caught a break. University School opted to go on with their season after considering calling it a year. Of course, like the other bigger Sandusky County schools, Start HS is off the market.

Heard today that Toledo schools may be reconsidering a return to sports despite them going all online.

Had to chuckle today...Much talk about the train wreck on Campbell Street on this forum then I see this on their website. www.perkinsschools.org/Monday - vote to go to schools 5 days a week even though they had to have their board meeting at the football stadium. Wednesday - moving to all online. Very telling about the disconnect on many levels there.

I mean, they had to move the meeting outside to the stadium the other night because they had too many people to have it in the gym with the County Health and State Health department rules, then voted to have in person schooling full go 5 days a week. However, they couldn't have what 100 or so people in the cafeteria for the meeting to vote on it. How were they going to feed kids in there each day haha.

Saw some pictures from Perkins picture day. Something like 22 kids dressed for the team picture. Why are numbers so low??

Clyde alum Ray long is coaching in Willard now. I'm sure he is working on a defensive plan.

i was hoping that the games would be edison at norwalk and huron vs sandusky that way we have our close rivals that would of make sense, but in this year of uncertainly nothing makes sense but confusion.
