i think willard is much improved, but a ways to go for them yet.....it is on the right track It is hard to judge what they struggled with when listening on the radio. Sounds like they have a decent running game this year but they struggled throwing the ball. Secondary struggled in the 2nd quarter but otherwise solid. The announcer talked about how big Willard was up front so that is a good thing. Hopefully they can hang close with Huron but Huron has some fire power this year, can't let them jump out to a big lead.

i think willard is much improved, but a ways to go for them yet.....it is on the right track IF we compare to last season. Huron was spanked by Norwalk and then Huron spanked Willard. This year Huron beat Norwalk so does that make Huron better this year? Asking for a friend.

However, Huron did beat Clyde in a scrimmage (I think) so that paints the picture that Huron is better than last year. As I said, keep it close and keep improving week over week.

Scrimmage is a practice to many coaches with the score meaning very little.

In small school high school football, give me above average size and athletic(6-2 225). Preferable over 5-10 300 fat and slow.

I think Norwalk is down this year Here's the thing; I think Norwalk has enough in the tank not to be down this season. I guess I'll see if I'm right this upcoming weekend.

Clyde running clocks Willard, Last week. Huron beats Clyde 2 weeks ago in the Preview game, Which means nothing. Willard and Huron have improved since last season, So this should be a close game, Not.

Clyde running clocks Willard, Last week. Huron beats Clyde 2 weeks ago in the Preview game, Which means nothing. Willard and Huron have improved since last season, So this should be a close game, Not. Willard has a solid running game, which Huron knows by now. They will focus on stopping Dario Lopez from running up and down the field. Unless Willard can compliment the running game with some kind of passing offense to keep Huron honest, it could be a long (or short) night for the Flashes.

Willard starting with Clyde and Huron... that’s like a MAC team starting with a couple Big Ten Opp.

Willard starting with Clyde and Huron... that’s like a MAC team starting with a couple Big Ten Opp. Willard had a choice of playing Norwalk instead of Clyde, which turns out would have been an easier game. But... for some reason they didn’t.
