I'm going to attempt to compile the football fields that I have been to for a high school game (I am sure I will have to come back and edit as I think of them - will use Davey1 for now). I think it is a decent list, but I am sure it pales in comparison to the amount of HS stadiums some of you have been to. Also, what are your favorite HS stadiums to watch a game at and why?
1. Arcadia 2. Ashland 3. Ashland Mapleton 4. Avon (soccer only)
5. Bellevue 6. Bowling Green 7. Canton 8. Carey 9. Clyde 10. Collingwood
11. Danbury 12. Eastwood 13. Edison 14. Elmwood 15. Euclid
16. Findlay 17. Fostoria 18. Fremont 19. Galion 20. Genoa 21. Gibsonburg 22. Hopewell-Loudon 23. Huron 24. Keystone
25. Lake 26. Lakota 27. Liberty-Benton 28. Liberty Center 29. Lima Senior 30. Lima Shawnee (soccer only)
31. Mansfield Senior 32. Margaretta 33. Marysville
34. Massillon 35. Mentor
36. Mohawk 37. Monroeville 38. Napoleon
39. North Baltimore 40. Norwalk 41. Oak Harbor 42. Olentangy 43. Ottawa-Glandorf
44. Oregon Clay 45. Pandora-Gilboa
46. Perkins 47. Perrysburg (soccer only)
48. Plymouth 49. Port Clinton 50. Sandusky 51. Seneca East 52. Shawnee (soccer only)

Strobel is a neat old WPA stadium. I remember I was mesmerized by it when I saw it as a kid. Donnell stadium in Findlay is cool. Arlin in Mansfield is another unique old stadium. Tiger Stadium might be the coolest experience in Ohio.

Loved the atmosphere at St Mary’s Memorial. Had to walk through the school which was decked out to get to the stadium. I believe it was the north end that field goals bounce off the school as it was so close. Maybe 200 fans had lawn chairs and sat up on a hill/railroad track watching the game for free. While I’ve been to numerous stadiums over a the years I’d say it was my favorite. Beat them in a tough fought game in 2001

My list is pretty basic. Medina would be my nomination for "most likely that nobody else on here has gone to" but it isn't a strong nominee in all likelihood.
1. Shelby 2. Willard 3. Bellevue 4. Norwalk 5. Tiffin 6. Galion 7. Upper Sandusky 8. Clear Fork 9. Ontario 10. Madison 11. Lexington 12. Marion Harding (playoff) 13. Massillon Washington (playoff) 14. Westerville Central (playoff) 15. Olentangy Liberty (playoff) 16. Edison 17. Perkins 18. Clyde 19. Medina 20. Sandusky 21. Ashland 22. Fremont (playoff)
The only time I made it to an Edison game was the 2017 match-up against Shelby. I had a New Englander come with me to the game and, in his words, "this many people came for a high school game??" He had played for a top Massachusetts program who's QB went to UCLA or Cal. He never saw anything attendance or stadium wise in New England that matches what he saw in Shelby and Edison. I can attest that Rhode Island doesn't exactly have robust football facilities at the high school level. Supply and demand. Most bleacher capacities out there would rival Crestview or Lucas.

My 2 favorite stadiums from the NOL years were Willard ( I loved the lack of track and being so close to the action), and Tiffin. Both were great as visitors because the sun wasn’t in your face at the beginning. During the NCC years, there wasn’t any “favorites” but i thought Riverdale was unique for having the home press box integrated into the high school. I was sad when visiting W.W. Skiles field last year to see the sad condition it’s in. So much history there.

Been to maybe 15, and tiffin is my favorite. Tiffin is a nice stadium but you’d expect as much when u have college games being played there as well. They’ve had the luxury of college funding to make that what it is and for me making it less impressive.

The experience of a hole in the wall type stadium that was nice and walking through the school made it elite for me

Clyde is the top of the list and even for the visiting team locker room..Refs have their own room too!! The men and women’s restroom are plenty with several stalls with changing table for infants and Parking is outstanding.. Food and drinks are on both sides .. Visitors side seating is also GREAT .. Yes there is no restrooms on the visitor side but a little walk don’t hurt nobody and never a line to get in .. Awsome place for playoffs too .. Prove me wrong !!

Willard and Shelby are my favorite stadiums from an away fan's perspective, since both don't have tracks.
Between those 2 Willard has the better view of the field since their away side is taller than most in the area, and Shelby has the better atmosphere with the creeks and the close to downtown location
Wauseon was neat as well, and was like a combo of Willard and Shelby....taller away stands like Willard, with bridge over a creek leading to the gate like Shelby (but on the home side)

i guess my favorite stadiums including parking(other than edison not playing favorite) would be don paul stadium in fremont, welcome stadium dayton(1974 norwalk state championship game)and ohio state(1985 or 86 cant remember which year my nephews senior season at margaretta which lost big to bishop hartley. my least favorites was findlay was because where we parked it was a long way to walk.ken dukes stadium in medina, you had to go thru one side of town to the other side swirling around. the stadium was ok,i thinkit was a margaretta-wayndedale playoff game when my nephew played in the mid 80s.i also was at a columbia at black river game and st.paul at black river which was like the pits(did stats for 95.3 fm on tape delay and st.paul@plymouth(the old mary fate park0 in which you went down the hill to get there(also kept stats on 95.3 tape delayed.i was at a norwalk@ galion game i like that stadium(also kept stats for 95.3)also was at a willard @upper sandusky game the place was ok(also did stats for 95.3 long time ago.ive lived in milan my whole life and has never been to whitney field for a flyer or trucker home game.

Ashland Mansfield Madison Wooster West Holmes Lexington Orrville Dover Wadsworth Massillon Bellevue Clear Fork Dublin Coffman Brunswick Green Canton Central Catholic Avon Lake Galion Loudonville Shelby Willard Tiffin New Albany Allen (Texas)
24 Stadiums My favorite is probably Wadsworth. Other than the parking you don't find to many places that have enough seating on both sides right on the field. Not a bad seat it the house. I have also been to Allen Texas which is on a planet of their own. My brother lived in Dallas and we hit up a game a few years back, truthfully most Colleges would die to have a stadium that nice. You wont find a high school experience like that anywhere else. The other Stadium I really like is Orrville. They just have a really nice stadium for a small school.

I'll refrain from giving a full list since I would be repeating what several of you have provided. A few observations, perhaps.
The first HS football games I attended were in 1965, all at Strobel since I lived in MacArthur Park (aka "The White Projects"). It was so close that I could hear what seemed to be a riot taking place. I asked my mom what was going on and she said that the Blue Streaks were playing. My uncle took me to the next home game. I always see the ghosts of days past and the ungodly size of the crowds. As time went on it became apparent to me that, for all the impressive things about Strobel, you are a long way from the field if you sit on the home side.
maplecityjake listed Napoleon. If you haven't seen the new Buckenmeyer Stadium in Napoleon it's very impressive. Ditto for Alexander Stadium in Piqua.
No offense to our friends in the Blanchard Valley Conference, but there's not a single stadium in that league that's worth a warm pitcher of spit to watch a game in.
