Huron won 41-26 last year.
Both teams enter 3-0 in Bay Division play. The winner will clinch a share of the title, and will carry an opportunity to win an outright title into their week 6 rivalry game.

I think this might be the best game of the week. Is this streaming anywhere?
I think this game will be tight. I like PC in a game of something like 27-21. Hope its a good one!

calpreps projects Huron 28 PC 21, whereas Houseworth's shows this as dead even (PC favored by 0 points and with a 50% chance of winning)

22-0 at half as well.
I would not have expected this game to have a bigger margin at the half than the Edison/Vermilion game, but here we are

Congrats Huron on their first title in the division era of the SBC, and what by my count on the wiki page is their 17th overall SBC title.

big highlights tonight... two pick 6's a 40 yard field goal, and an incredible 72 yard punt that wasn't even wind aided..all leading to a 25-6 win...
so it leads me to ask...if van wert, bellevue, huron, shelby, and keystone all finish 6-0 how in the world do you seed it ??

Hmmm saw almost a 75% majority picking PC to win this game. When will You all learn not to doubt the Tigers??
Every year in my mind, the Tigers have the capabilities to win the State Title, but in all honesty, this is by far the best Tigers team Coach Hohler has had. Purdue commit Jah Leh has been the best receiver in the conference, Cole Parker the best QB, and we have the best special teams and best defense. Will be interesting to see how the new playoff format works out.
The Tigers will also be aided this week by the return of 6’5” starting defensive end Jack Mehoff who missed the first 5 games due to a pelvic injury.
Go Tigers

First and foremost let me address my long absence from the forum. I was recently paroled from the state penitentiary after a 9 month stint for getting into a bar fight with a Norwalk Trucker fan at the patio tavern in Vermillion. It’s good to see the tigers with a 5-0 record and I will be in attendance at next weeks game.
The Tigers offensive line has done a terrific job opening up holes for the backs and giving the QB lots of time to throw. You just can’t say enough about the job Coach Strayer has done with not only the offensive line but also the kickers. Huron continues to be an area powerhouse when it comes to football. Along with all state football players Huron has also produced some of the top hunters in Erie County and even a few guiders. Any duck, mallard, deer, goose, bird or opposing football player should think twice before stepping within Huron City limits.
