well another long year for the chargers.another 4-18 like last year or worse.a team i thought edison had a chance to win was at home against woodmore.woodmore was not picked in the top 4 in the northern buckeye league.rossford ,eastwood, otsego and genoa was picked ahead of woodmore.so a 40 point loss at home last week 73-33 is unacceptable.

How do the Tigers look? Have not been able to attend any games this season due to a medical procedure that took place in the fall. This procedure has also left me unable to go to the Donut Shop, which is usually where I get my information. Have not seen anything in the papers either.
Go Tigers

They look ok tonight. Trailed oak harbor 24-22 at half but went like 34-8 in second half for the win. They seem to have done that the past three games.

wheres all the talk about the bay division.there hasnt been a post here since january 2nd. most are probably are huron fans and this was the first time the tigers have played in quite awhile and lost to port clinton at home 45-42.is this why dump and all the huron rooters here are quiet.now you are 2 losses behind oak harbor, whos finished sweeping willard, and you tigers gave oak harbor their only bay loss and huron is the only one who can beat oak harbor february 5th at oak harbor but first beat margaretta home january28th,then away to oak harbor feb 5, and at willard february12th. 3 tough games that huron needs to win to get them a decent seed for the ashland district and margaretta has oak harbor away on feb 12th and finishes at home with willard feb 19th. it will be an exciting finish to see who wins the bay division and who finishes strong to get a good seed in the tournament.

Some of us Huron fans are in Hibernation, Are not into Winter Sports this year because of Covid, With not being allowed into the games, It's not as exciting & interesting. Just isn't the same not being there, Very bland only being able to read about them.

Iv’e watched a lot of different games and teams this year than i normally get too.

mark i see how you feel but compared to my chargers your in better shape. after a season like last year when you only had 2 seniors and a 4-14 season and this years with more seniors and is 0-10 and 0 for the bay and he havent seen huron yet, there is no senior leadership,no confidence, shooting is bad,the closest game we had was 15points otherwise weve been blown out quite a few times.i checked maxpreps on edison roster and shows that we had 9 seniors and probably lost a couple due to covid, but cant make that as an excuse as everybody has dealt with covid.also with 9 seniors on the roster next year edison will be young.our only competative game was against danbury where we got a loss from the jaws of victory 64-61,leading by 7 after three, edison was outscored 25-15 in the forth quarter due to danbury played well, and edison committed big turnovers.edison does lead sbc bay in one item:turnovers and points allowed off turnovers..so mark you have things better than here in milan.plus other than me i havent seen a charger fan in here. i know that the port clinton loss hurts but huron has a chance to make things better and maybe get a decent seed for tournament with margaretta, oak harbor and willard coming up.i feel edisons only chance is the last game of season at new london.tournament is one game and we done.

My question is this-how great is a record when you win by 45 and leave a kid in a game to break a single game record? Asking for a friend

rya, are you talking about margaretta's jake leibacher who scored 45 points against edison. where they won 86-42 the bears did it because it was at home before the very few fans who were there.if it was againsta lot better team then i have no quarrelsbut since it was against a winless team that hasnt been closer than 15 points in any bay game this year, coach keller should of sat him.thats running up the score and unsportsmanlike.if this game was in milan then he would of taken out after 3 quarters.

very impressed with huron over margaretta and with away games saturday at vermilion and monday at edison should win both games sets up friday february 5 at oak harbor and if huron would sweep oak harbor, that would give the rockets their 2nd bay loss.carey plays at oak harbor before huron.willard is 5-2 and will be 6-2 after rolling over edison on february 5th,then home to huron feb12th and at margaretta on february 19th so willard controls their own destiny if huron beats oak harbor on the 5th.it will be an exciting finish.

Gotta feel like if Huron can get one against Willard there will be a 3 way tie for the sbc. I think Margaretta can beat OH.
