Don't count out the transfer portal. Regardless of how it turned out in DC The Buckeye's last 2 starting qb's are going to be top 5 draft picks throwing to other first round drat picks. The problem kinda solves itself.

And only if Stroud enters the portal and McCord blows out his knee this week.

That's a touch question. Common sense says Stroud. He Miller and McCord will be given a chance to see who can handle it.
