Two individuals have found the same information. Scooty can't believe anyone, scooty doesn't think anyone is truthful. Practice, become a better researcher, google more pertinent words, phrases, subjects. If you refuse to believe, I can give you a hint. Just apologize to us and ask in a polite manner. Is it possible that 2 people actually know the kid or kids that know him so they have inside information. How difficult is it to post a site that promotes kids? I would think you would want it to be known if you know someone on it. Now I'm starting to wonder if it is real. 1) What??? Nonsensical. 2) How difficult is it for you to do your own research to prove me wrong. 3)Nope, don't give a shat. I can GUANRENTEE that I am not untruthful, like you have been proven to be. 4)There you go again, your supposition is that I'm not telling the truth. As I said before, if you apologize and ask me nicely I will give you THE word to Google to find the EXACT ranking I gave. You won't do that, you don't want to find out that I was being truthful.

What would you call questioning someone's quoted information as not being true? If you thought I was being truthful why would you demand to know who did the rating? I don't hate you, I find your doltish games humorous. "There is no secret that some put very little value into rating Junior High or Freshman players nationally." Making up shat again. Show us where I said anything about "nationally". If you don't believe me YOU look for your own information. Questioning the authenticity of someones information IS NOT "legitimate". Yes do move on, you can't read and put down others truthful information. You are accusing me of doing something I did not. You mentioned a rating of a player and I asked who did the rating. I made no demand. There is no game. It was a question. I never claimed you said anything about national ratings. I made a statement. Stop spinning everything into your paranoid world. I never questions the validity of your statement. I simply asked who did the rating as I did not see it. AGAIN, it was an honest question of curiosity. Nothing more. Wouldn't it have been easier to post the site who did the rating than type all that. Well, well scooty. Do I have to bring up the soccer thread in which you were being a jerk? Refusing to give us where you found info that turned out to be untruthful. After 3 others pointed out you were being untruthful. You just went away embarrassed and never did supply where you got the info, because it didn't exist. Wouldn't it have been easier to trust what I said, instead of questioning the validity, by asking where I found the info.

Scooter if I can find a link I'll post it. It's been awhile. I seen an article the other day saying he's top 10 in Ohio too. I just know he's one of the top, d1 bound for sure. Thanks, I have seen some of these boards but have not seen the one that has him as the #1 ranked player in his class in Ohio as was reported. I was wanting to check out a new site. Now that you say you saw him listed in the top #10, it now appears that only one person has seen this specific site.

/\ /\ There it is scooty. YOU ABSOLUTELY DID mention "nationally" Once again being untruthful. My post, that you questioned, I was talking about a STATE ranking. You can't read or you must be untruthful.

I already asked for it nicely and you immediately became hateful and disrespectful. It is time I use the blocking feature to avoid your arguments.

can we please get back to basketball? Here's food for thought: if Pugh Jr is so great, why open enroll to JA? Why not play at one of the Hilliards? Happy Thanksgiving...

OK scooty and others, here it is. I find it hard to believe you can't do this Google search. All one needs to do is type the kid's name, then a space and the word basketball. This separates him from the others in the world with the same name. How could it be easier?
He is good enough to move to California, reclassify and play 8th grade basketball another year. Which is illegal in Ohio. Go to a private school in San Diego and work with a well known California AAU coach. It's said that after this year in California, he's moving back to Ohio as a 15-16 year old Freshman. Who knows what school district he enrolls in.

Harding plays in a scrimmage at Ontario with Huron and Upper this Friday 11/25 @ 10:00. Come visit Balogh Court at the O-rena where Harding will be playing Ontario in MOAC games starting next year.

A basketball parent told me Upper may not have a full roster to begin the season.

So we know the full extent of this horrendous situation. What is this basketball parent's definition of "a full roster". Does the paucity of players include the JV roster?

Upper has its full roster. Only one player is serving a six game suspension to start the regular season. Lost the Beekman kid to Delaware because his mom moved over the summer.

It would be a complete shocker to me if Pugh Jr ever sets foot in the JA Gym next year. JMHO. I believe the Pugh's live in the JA school district, so no open enrollment would be needed. I would expect a house to be available for purchase before next school year in the JA district.. Again, JMHO.

Probably an accurate assumptions. If you are going to send your kid all the way to California to repeat a JH grade in hopes to improve your chances for a college scholarship, JA may not be the place he plays HS basketball.

I don't think moving back next year would allow him an extra year of basketball. I think the rules were changed a few years ago to state that you had six years of scholastic play. This was done to keep parents from red shirting their kids in 8th grade just like they are doing here. He could move back, and still be a freshman academically but would not be eligible his senior season because that would be his 7th season.
Either way, this is way too much talk for someone who isn't even in the state much less the moac. I agree with moacmomma. Let's move on.

I do not think that is accurate baseballdad. Many of the OHSAA rules on eligibility only begin once you are in high school. If that were the case I can't imagine they would have just raised the cutoff age of 19 like they did.
That rule of 6 years to play may be more for the states that allow junior high kids to play varsity sports.

What games are this week?... Galion plays Bucyrus Friday. Should be a winnable game. Could be an even longer season than I thought if we don't get this one.

Elgin Is really really bad lol, but olentangy graduated a ton of seniors didn't they? And I only see a couple on there roster. So I'm guessing they'll be down some from previous years. Should be a good game.

I'd swear I read or heard that somewhere but I don't care enough to go look it up. I do know that OHSAA regulations begin at 7th grade. Now whether what I said is correct, again don't know for sure. No matter, time to move on to players that are here.
