I don't recall saying that. However, there is a pattern dating back to Kidwell days; it seems Ross wears down as the season rolls along. From last season, your words, ..... Assuming Lichtenberg plays, SJJ will go 5 wide, and light up the Little Giants I don't remember; did he end up playing?

Ross goes down 28-14. Still have to play Whitmer and Central. My 9-1 prediction now looks more like 6-4.

Lima may be smelling blood. Ross will beat the Spartans this week but it will be much closer than expected. The Little Giants are just beat up right now. The regular season will finish either 6-4 or 5-5. If this team gets healthy as the postseason starts, they could still make a little noise.

Didn't you say the same thing last year? I don't recall saying that. However, there is a pattern dating back to Kidwell days; it seems Ross wears down as the season rolls along. I attended a game at the Don when Kidwell was the HC, they played Napoleon that night and were ahead at the half. Napoleon came out to start the second half and ran the same off tackle play all the way down the field, probably to the tune of 15-16 plays. They got to the 2 yard line and ran a dive play for the score. Ross never recovered and wound up losing. It was like they were physically and mentally so worn out by that dominant drive that their heads never stopped spinning. I mention that because I have seen that type of collapse both that night and then last year at Findlay. Are they going too hard in practice? If they're injured then it must have been against Columbian bebause the games leading up to St. Francis were blowouts. Did St. Francis beat them up? Anyway, Ross should certainly beat Lima badly but the last two games could be brutal. I wish them all the luck but that's tough sledding. It will be interesting to see where they end up in Region 6 if they finish 6-4.

Why that's lacking in Fremont is beyond me

Ross QB Kaden Holmes will be out of tonights Little Giants lineup. Sophomore QB Karson Kayden is taking snaps for Ross against Lima Senior.
