I know former Wooster AD he told me the amount they get paid. But Wooster will be playing Louisville for 4 years after this year. I don’t like Wooster new Philadelphia being one game ahead of everyone in standing but the only way new Philadelphia would come

Where does the money come from for one public school to pay another public school to play a football game out of order and that amount of money make it “worth it.” If I were a property tax payer in the paying district I would be a little irritated if the amount paid was significant.

It would be safe to assume it is made from one Athletic Dept to another with the funds coming from the gate of the week 10 game. The amount may be more than Wooster makes on ticket sales for most home football games.(been there and the attendance is not great) The reason this amount was offered by NP is because if NP was not able to keep their week 10 game with Dover, the Athletic Dept and Boosters would lose close to 10x the amount paid. The NP community knows this and they are okay with it and Wooster is okay because they are getting a bonus.

Lexington at Ontario tonight. I'm hearing Lexington is really beat up and may have some very valuable players on the sidelines.

What I learned after week 1 And yes I couldn’t watch all games but going by what I heard or seen video 1. West Holmes - looked like average team in first half, but came out in second half and looked like a team that can make a run in playoffs plus they have some new pieces and was a rivalry game triway has nice QB and receivers. 2. Mansfield looked like what I thought when I saw highlights 3. Wooster had all new offensive not sure playing a really bad Orrville team what that shows. 4. New Philadelphia 7-2 wow a baseball scores maybe someone who was at the game can comment on was it a good defense game or bad offensive game 5. Mt. Vernon figured they would win 6. Ashland looked really bad but I think norwayne could beat most OCC teams this year 7. Madison wow didn’t think they would lose by only 3 8 Lexington has some work to do

Staring TB was still in the game and they had the players rush to line of scrimmage trying to score another TD as time ran out. The result was coaches from both teams in each others faces after the game.

You teach your team to play for 4 full quarters win or lose. There’s no rule saying you must take a knee at the end of the 4th quarter when leading. It’s the other teams job to go out and stop them. You better believe if I was Ohio States coach I would try to score on Michigan even if I was up 56-0. At the end of the day what difference does it make if they score one more time? I look at the other coach as being sour because his team just got whooped and he's looking for a reason to be mad. You’re not there to respect the other team. Call him classless all you want but he has every right to try and score until that 4th Quarter clock strikes 0. If Norwalk has the ball I guarantee they would have tried to score again. Theres no difference because their score wouldn’t have won the game but I bet he would have still tried.

Currently watching the Mansfield Sr-Hoover game. I’m convinced my 4 year old daughter knows more and understands football better than these 2 announcers

You're wrong about most everything else Surely you're not equating Senior/Norwak with Ohio State/Michigan

I agree a bit regarding Massillon, but never felt Mansfield was that good to begin. Also, over the years, this Series has been lopsided in tigers favor which I believe is now 44-4-few ties

That was my point. The Massillon program is just at a different level year in and year out. They are used to playing in big time games every week. Mansfield will have a nice year and have a chance to win the rest of there games. Although I'm leaning towards West Holmes to win next week down in Amish country.

Stopped by Mansfield Today and watched them play Eastmor and Glenville. Mansfield absolutely Dominated Eastmor from what I watched. They scored pretty easy and they intercepted them. I don’t believe Eastmor scored at all. Against Glenville Neither team scored a TD from what I witnessed but Glenville did pick off Mansfield 2-3 times. Also Believe Mansfield had atleast one interception. Mansfield was very close to scoring on the first drive but just couldn’t punch it in. Glenvilles RB is big and kinda chunky but man for his size he is very quick. Other then the RB Glenville wasn’t anything special. Overall Mansfields QB looked very good throwing the middle of the field but when it came to deep balls he had accuracy’s Issues. Mansfield should have a pretty good season. Anywhere from 6-4-9-1. Mansfield will definitely lose to Massillon but I think thats pretty much expected from everyone. The rest of their season is going to depend on how the QB develops and how the Oline comes together. I think the defense is going to be pretty tough. Real good synopsis of Glenville 😂

I think Wooster is 2-1. Didn't they beat Orrville in week 1? I believe it was 40-13 Lost to Wadsworth then beat New Philly last night.
