That could screws things up for the Margaretta or the Worthington Christian faithful, Both Boys could play a District Final, The same time Girls are playing the Regional Final.

Here is one option the OHSAA could do, If they both win. The Willard District could start at 5:00pm and then have the Girls play at 8:00pm. it's an hour drive from Willard to Lexington. Figure the Boys game will take about an hour and half so it could end at 6:30ish. by the time they do all of the post game stuff it could be 7:00. I really don't think they could start any earlier. Another option is they could move the boys game to 1:00pm on Saturday. All I know is I hope the four schools, the host sites, and the OHSAA will use some common sense to make it fair for every fan to enjoy the games.

And yet another option would be to push the girls regional final at Lexington to the evening. It seems like that would probably be the least disruptive thing to do. Unless Lexington can't for some reason or there's an issue with officials' availability.

ive already blown a gasket over this.. why is it EVERY YEAR determined Lexington as the host site, but fans are screwed because the other game moves away... why doesn't this regional rotate teams either??? so the north central teams get screwed with playing Africentric every single year they make it in the first round.. boys don't do this...neither do other regional girls.. something totally smells about this..

I believe that Central District teams can choose to draw into either of two districts. I don't think it's predetermined.

I see the point you are making there. Not sure why the OHSAA seems to flip-flop on that stuff when it comes to volleyball vs basketball. The only thing I can possibly think that is maybe the OHSAA realized that they are STUDENT-athletes and an 8pm game in Lexington on a school night would mean that these kids would not be getting back to their school until midnight and then back home sometime after that. But, I've also seen school district operate on 2-Hour delays the following morning when there are instances like this. Who knows....

I remember not long ago when Huron made it to the regional in BG and played against Bloom Carroll in the semi game which was a school night. Bloom Carroll had to go 3 hours one way.
