NOBODY asked for an explanation from me but you. Failure in your eyes = nothing.
Sounds like you need to talk to better people in both cases. I know I did. Oh, so now we rely on knowing what is meant. This from the person who takes everything to it's literal max. Dropped.
So because I want to drop a discussion now and you claim I did not in the past, what you are saying is I have grown and you have not.
There are differences in every gym. I was saying that it would be difficult to find a gym without opposing fans sitting in the same area. Eiher get that or move on.
As a person who makes the claims you do about your knowledge and intelligence, sometimes you truly amaze us with your posts.

You don't have to agree. As said, it would be difficult to find a gym where opposing fans are sitting in the same area. That's it. You must agree about this or you look worse than usual. There is a great deal of difference in the seating in Lexington's and Ontario's gyms. NO reserved seating at Ontario's. A LOT of reserved seating at Lexington. NO visitors MADE to set next to home fans at Ontario. Lexington MAKES visitors sit next to home fans. If they didn't MAKE visitors sit next to home fans there would not have been a fight in the stands at the Wooster AT Lexington game. Even the obstinate would agree. For some reason you are focused on the tickets and the signs. I'm talking the seats where people sit. Again, the seating arrangement did not cause anything. Any who was there would agree. Had you ever attended a game at Lexington you would know.

Anyone want to talk about basketball??
Ashland bounced back and had a nice win against Toledo Whitmer Saturday night. This week will be a big test for the Arrows. Tuesday they host Canton Central Catholic, and this weekend they host Wooster, and then travel to Norwalk on Saturday. Friday we will find out if this will be a fight to the end in the OCC or if Wooster is going to run away with it.

I've attended dozens of games there. The reason for my opinions, which you will not allow.

I did not say anyone "asked" for an explanation from you. The TRUTH is I said we waited for one from you, since you are the seer of Lexington sports. OK, if you know better, since you talk to better people, let's hear your better explanation. It has to be more than I said so. You did not want to drop a discussion or you would not have addressed me AGAIN. You have not "grown" or you would have. Sure there are differences in every gym. What I am saying is that the significant difference between the Lexington and Ontario gyms is that visitor fans are MADE to sit beside home fans in the Lexington gym, but not in the Ontario gym. And you have never denied that, because you could easily be proven wrong. And where visitors and home fans are MADE to sit beside each other is where the altercation occurred. UNTRUTHFUL again. I've never made "claims" about my knowledge or intelligence. Others have, as you just did. DROPPED.......unless you address me again on any of these subjects.

If you have attended games there you would have know there have been hundreds of games with the seats used and no issues. The seating was not the cause. No one is made to sit anywhere next to anyone. If you don't want to sit in a seat, move to another. We have already established they have plenty of seating. Done.

CCC handed St Pete a lose so you could measure if that game was a fluke or not. Regardless, tough week for Ashland.

Interesting that Wooster beat Canton Central Catholic 81-39. I may have to drive up to Ashland and check that game out tonoght.
Lex hosts Mansfield Sr. Friday night any thoughts. The Minutemen have a real nice record at 10-1 but have yet to play a relly good game for 4 quarters. But I will give the kids credit they know how to win games. Mansfield for the 1st time in a looong time is really struggling to win games. I have to say I dont feel that sorry for them as they have beat up on the local competition for 30 plus years.
It will be hard for Lex to match that 10-1 mark the 2nd half of the season with games at Olentangy Liberty, at Ashland, at Ottawa Glandorf, and at Wooster.

It will be a tough game tonight for Ashland. They had two guys out with minor injury stuff on Saturday, so we will see if they are full strength tonight.
Lexington should be fine vs Mansfield. Mansfield's main weakness is in the post and I think Lexington should dominate them down low. Mansfield will probably get a game or two on paper people might not think they can win, but every loss they take I would think is taking a pretty big toll on their mental game.

CCC beat St Pete so tonight could be a good game for Ashland.
I watched the Mansfield Sr and Madison game on tv and they said Sr High had a new player. A 6'4 kid who was not previously on the roster. This now gives Mansfield more of a post game and removes the weakness you mentioned.

Only Mansfield would magically get a player to play halfway through the year. That sounds about right. I think Lexington still wins by 10+

What I have been talking about over and over is reserved seat areas. What school has them and what school doesn't. We all know, except for you. That if the small section of seats next to the lobby for visitor fans, was not right next to reserved seats for home fans, the bad actors from both schools IN THIS CASE would not have been next to each other. This is the 3rd time you've said you're DONE. I'm done if you don't address me again. It's OK with me if you come back for the 4th time if you tell us what THE sign of the Lex students said. Why such a desire to talk about bleachers and mum on THE sign?

My wife gets her hair done where one of the hairdressers said her son would be eligible at Senior in a couple of weeks. She said he was 6-9, LOL. She told her if he was 6-9 move to Ontario. Now that he's only 6-4 I'll tell her to tell his mom to stay in Mansfield.

That is a nice win for the Arrows. That sheds a little light on the St Pete game, at least for me.
Mansfield grading period ended Dec 16th.

Mansfield 2nd grading period ended Dec. 16. Burton, the 6-4 soph became eligible after grades came out. He played JV and a little varsity last year.

Really big game for the Arrows on Friday. It could go along way in sorting out the OCC. I want to know who thought it was a good idea to schedule 6 games in 12 days in the middle of the end of the first semester. I think Ashland will have trouble guarding Wooster's guards and that will be the main difference in the game. Any team that has elite guard play will challenge the Arrows. It is something they are going to need to figure out a way to stop.

It would appear the ADs of the OCC decided to commit every Friday to the conference and then make up the remaining games on consecutive Tuesdays which really loads up a team with games in a short time. Seems like a crazy schedule to us fans but the coaches must be okay with it otherwise the ADs would not have done it.

The most important aspect of guarding Wooster's guards is DO NOT help off the Smith kid and closely guard him 8 feet beyond the 3-point like. He rarely drives, but has a quick release and is deadly from beyond the arc. They're other 2 guards are 6-2 and 6-3 and very physical getting to the basket. Gotta beat their press and don't turn it over.

I understand Urban Meyer was at Lexington to speak to Coach Gerhardt about Cade Stover. Can't talk to the player until he's a Junior.

That is a nice win for the Arrows. That sheds a little light on the St Pete game, at least for me. Mansfield grading period ended Dec 16th. I heard that CCC had 2 starters out with injuries when they played Ashland.
