This is going to be one weird season

Weird is correct. I also expect it to be a long season. I can't picture this team making any real noise with Brissett for 11 games. The passing game with him as the QB with the receiving core they have will be brutal to watch. This team is also one Amari Cooper injury away from having a complete catastrophe at WR.

This is going to be one weird season More like typical. When was the last time the Browns weren't "weird"?

For the first time since 2004 the Browns have won in week 1, and for the first time since 1994 it was on the road.
What a debut by Cade York.

Browns win and showed why they decide to move off Baker. He was average at best and lost a game where the other team's starter was Jacoby Brissett.

I think that week 1 win was huge. Took a monstrous monkey off their back. While they can relax a bit, they will look to improve to 2-0 this Sunday.
I feel like the past Browns once they lost the lead late, would have packed it in and called it a day.

Browns could honestly start 4-0 with Pittsburgh having Harris injured and Watt most likely out for the year.

If they can get to 6-5 they could possibly sneak in at 10-7 once Watson comes back. But 1 game at a time.. there is no such thing as a layup in the NFL. Have to take care of business against the Jets

UNLESS a secret vote is taken by the players only seeing who they want.

I say that’s correct, but I would have them losing to the chargers and beating the ravens. Lamar Jackson is severely overrated.

I hope I'm wrong but I didn't see anything from the Browns against the Panthers that made me more optimistic about who I thought they were pre-season. I see losses against the Pats, Chargers, Bengals, Ravens, Dolphins, Bills, Bucs. So that would be 4-7.

I agree with the “I didn’t see anything too special” comment. I will however say it was only Week 1 and they have talent on that defense. Anytime Myles Garrett is in the game they have the chance to do something big. For me it comes down to can the Browns work this unique situation they have to their advantage. Two of the best RB’s in the league with a third that is an up an coming talented guy. Can that offense effectively score when needed and take time off the clock. Call me superstitious, but I think that week 1 victory did a lot for that organizations confidence. 8-3 or 7-4 is absolutely obtainable, but I’m not holding my breath though. I’ve learned one thing about the NFL and that’s no matter who is the favorite in a game the other team isn’t far behind.

Mac Jones, Tua, and, Lamar are all sucky qbs so the defense can shut them down and joe burrow always struggles against the browns so I feel pretty good they can win those games. Bills, Bucs, and Chargers will destroy them tho.

You contain him running and force him to throw, he’s over with.

Say you don’t know anything about football without saying you don’t know anything about football I mean you wonder why it’s taken him so long to get a contract extension. Ravens aren’t sure if he’s the guy and I wouldn’t blame them. He went 14-2 and and MVP year then the playoffs come and he throws 3 picks against the Titans.

He's won big games, but maybe not so much during Postseason and that’s what matters if you specify this, then yes. There are big games during regular season and one's he's won

Its more to do with him not having an agent. Ravens offered him a contract extension and he turned it down

This team could very easily be 0-2. What a pathetic franchise.
